Очень удобное место положение, далеко от дороги, в номерах тихо. Просторные номера. Вежливый и учтивый персонал. Растворимый кофе на завтраке.

Очень хорошая скорость интернета, расположенность в центре и пешей доступности до офисов, нет толкотни в коридорах. Очень плохая кухня.

Большой номер, хороший wf, неплохой персонал, низкая цена не качественное кафе, плохая звукоизоляция, отсутствие бара и мини-бара, в номерах накурено

Несмотря на то что персонал был заранее предупрежден о подготовке закрывающих документов в срок они их не подготовили. пришлось ждать пока проснется бухгалтер которая так и не пришла, а пришла управляющая с которой тоже очень долго оформляли документы. Если бы не это некомпетентность персонала, то в остальном отель оправдывает свою цену

хороший отель в центре города, 7 минут до центральной площади пешком! заявленного wi-fi в номерах нет меню ресторана и обслуживание некоторых официантов оставляет желать лучшего, то же самое с завтраками!

Хороший, сытный завтрак. Дружелюбный персонал. Цена на официальном сайте резко отличается от цены на boking.com. Лучше покупать на booking, можно хорошо съэкономить! В номере было довольно холодно, кондиционер в режиме обогрева не работал, а отопление еще не дали. Водопроводная вода из крана пахнет тиной, но это скорее проблема городских сетей. Потому что в других общественных местах, где я был в Екатеринбурге (ТДЦ Палладиум, TGI Friday's), вода тоже пахла тиной. Чтобы пошла горячая вода из крана, придется подождать. Цена на официальном сайте резко отличается от цены на boking.com. Лучше покупать на booking, можно хорошо съэкономить!

Posizione ottima e personale gentile La colazione era fino alle 10:30 ma alle 10 già non trovavi niente. Il personale non parla inglese. Un giorno non hanno cambiato le tovaglie e sono dovuto andare io alla reception a far presente la cosa

El olor del baño a tubería era desagradable en todos los pisos del mismo, el colchón muy incómodo, instalación eléctrica antigua y desatendida, no había ningún enchufe en el baño, la alfombrilla de la ducha estaba sucia. No te dan de cenar salvo que preavises y además cierran a las 22:00, no tiene ascensor desde la salida exterior a la recepción...
