Location, because close to subway stations "Sukharevskaya" and "Prospekt Mira". Clean room, esp. Bathroom, good sound isolation. Staff very helpful, good English knowledge, and friendly. The shower has a very low pressure but nevertheless you flood the complete bathroom due to the construction of the bath tub and watershield... To be on the save side take flip-flops on your trip :-). Variety of breakfast could be improved a bit.

We are staying in thus hotel during last 3 years. Everything is perfect: comfort, meal in restaurant, SPA, recommend massage. WiFi is sugnal is strong enough and data exchange fast. No doubts we will stay in Moscow only in Garden Ring

Very comfortable and spacious studio. Bathroom floor heating. The room has an additional small bathroom. No complaints. The truth - didn't go for breakfast so cann't evaluate it.

Comfortable, quiet and clean. Friendly staff. Spa (sauna, hamam, small pool) free of charge. Drinking water, tea and coffee at the room for free. Toiletries, wardrobe, slippers. Rich breakfast. Location. Value for money! Girls at spa reception treats the guests like outside matters, total lack of hospitality!

Great breakfast. Friendly helpful stuff. The hotel is very close to the metro ( and to the centre) but still far enough from the big street. Thats´s why it´s very quiet inside. It´s very clean in the room, nice comfortable bed. The hotel is small and cosy. Would love to stay there again.

This is one of the best hotels we have visited in Russia. The service is excellent . Very friendly and competent stuff. Nice and pleasant atmosphere and design of the hotel. Comfortable room. Good location. The prices in the restaurant are too high and the menu is poor. We couldn't get the wine list . The water at the swimming pool at the SPA was too cold.

Very quiet location, nice room- we took a studio, and it was very nice. A good mini-bar. Great for a romantic week end, city trip. Friendly staff. No croissants at the breakfast:(((

Quite good 4 star alternative to the big 5 star hotels. Breakfast is OK, dont expect western quality. The spa is quite good and is included in the room price, but do expect to pay a lot for treatments; even the hotel is good value any extras are expensive (paid 500 rur for a beer in the bar!). Ekstras too expensive

excellent spa, service, facilities. breakfast has to be varied from one day to another. There was no sparkling wine offered on Sunday breakfast. My cups in the room were not cleaned by stuff and shampoo was not refilled.

Downtown, but not noisy. Real 4 stars. Fantastic coffee in lobby bar. Not enough tables for breakfast - it is possible to put more smaller tables in the same space.

Second time I have stayed here; very clean and comfortable room, very good decor, helpful staff, fantastic breakfast. Good for the metro. No road noise so easy to relax. Pillow was a bit thick so a little uncomfortable. Wi Fi access in the room was non-existent.
