Clean, spacious, friendly staff and very good quality for the value. Not being able to check in earlier but on the brightside I got a really nice, light and spacious room with a huge bathtub.

very nice hotel. enjoy it very much and would come back to it. oppose to many other hotels I was in Moscow , this hotels is very clean and high quality. the staff is great ! they could improve breakfast .

Great central location. Comfortable, clean, modest hotel. Reasonable basement restaurant but also close to very good dining. Two minutes from the Metro so ideal for a tourist visit. Breakfast a bit limited- but adequate.

The staff were greatly flexible, from helping with my invitation letter to working with my later flights and checking out late. They also directed me to where I could purchase a SIM card for my phone as well as different things in the area. The reception staff speak English very well and were a pleasure to talk with.

The cleaning staff and several of the receptionists didn't speak English, although I speak Russian so it wasn't a problem for me.

Exellent location. The food is nice in the pub in the basement. The hotel does not look like a hotel from outside. The reception is on second floor. The single room was very small sized. Not like a proper 4 star hotel would have it.

Комфортный номер, чисто. Очень шумно. На первом этаже здания кафе, работающее до утра.Грохот музыки и пьяные разборки.Спать не возможно.
