Staff was pleasant. Only about 10mns walk from the main shopping street and 20mns to the Red Square. The service at breakfast... the staff provides you with a little card with a list of things you can have for breakfast; you need to tick the things on the list that you want. I stayed 3 days int hat hotel and every day I only ordered toast... well i nover got them.. first day I had to go and ask for them again, 2nd day they forgot again and I coudln't be bothered to ask for them again and 3rd day I waited.. waited... and when I ask for my toasts they said they had no more!!! |

Good location (10 min walk from 2 Metro Stations); Friendly staff, good breakfast; moderate size rooms with good airconditioning / heating system. Rooms are rather dark (design curtains are blocking most of the daylight and not easy to open). Do not use the hotel service to get ticket for theatre, very high "commission". Use box office on main street instead (work for us with pointing on map of theatre) |

Very professionally run hotel in excellent central location. All the Moscow highlights are nearby, e.g. you can walk to Red Square down Tverskaya (main shopping boulevard) easily in 15/20 minutes. Similarly to the Bolshoi. The staff are exceedingly welcoming - all speak English and other European languages. Breakfast is included (unusually for Moscow hotels) and is very good indeed. Rooms are very modern and funky in style - distinctive and comfortable with good bathrooms. Enjoyed this hotel very much, better than the other central 5-star hotels we have stayed in. This one has more of its own character, whilst maintaining a high level of sophistication and comfort. |

Very good breakfast. Clean rooms (cleaning: 2 times a day). Nice atmosphere, modern interior. It could be free WIFI in all rooms. By the way on the 6 floor internet is free (by cabel). |

Don't forget to put behind your door "privacy" if you want to sleep because every morning before 9 o'clock somebody knocks at your door for laundry service, room service, etc!! |

Very good location-Lencome theatre, cinema Russia, Pushkine monument, Tverskaya street, 3 metro stations. Very young staff and very carefull.We were upgraded to superior room due to our wedding anniversary and had very warm welcome.Nice, modern design.Thank you for everything, Natasha!!! |

High quality of internal fittings and facilities, easy access to city transport links, generally high level of service and attentiveness of staff. A small number of the bathroom fittings showed signs of wear. Overly expensive minibars. |

The ambiance was great, and the restaurant was spectacular for Moscow. The staff was quite helpful as well. For a boutique hotel, the beds are pretty substandard. Sleeping on the floor would have been as comfortable. That said, I would still stay at the Golden Apple again, as it seems like the bad bed scene was more of a Moscow thing than a hotel thing. The GA was by far my best accommodation during this trip. |

The friendlness of the staff I thought the website was a bit misleading. I also think it was also misleading to have a bottle of wine waiting at my room on arrival, only to find that I got paid an excesive amount for it. For a Five Star Hotel I would have expected something like that to have been a welcome gesture. I was also told that the Hotel had free Internet, but discovered that it only applied if you had your own PC. |

Good location in the centre, close to metro. Good service from the staff at the reception. I was offered an upgrade. Design of the room was nice. Very cold bathroom due to very strong ventilation. Shower not very convenient - hard to handle. Absence of cups for toothbrushes. Aggresive bed linen for sensitive skin. As I was leaving before start of breakfast, I asked for a lunch box, but I was quite surprised with poor quality of the box for such an expensive hotel. |

nothing, rubbish hotel 1) we had a guaranteed reservation from booking.com, however upon our arrival the hotel denied checking in, saying they were full. After that while I was standing at the reception they checked in two rooms. I looked into the matter - the hotel had got a deal with a touristic company, and were checking in people that arrived at some exhibition. |

El personal muy amable, las instalaciones preciosas, muy bien ubicado con respecto a las zonas turísticas y próximo al metro con diferentes líneas que te conectan con la ciudad. El desayuno lo mejor ,para comenzar el día;) |

De locatie is prima. Het zijn prima kamers. Het ontbijt is ook prima De prijs is extreem hoog voor datgene wat er voor geboden wordt. Het bed kan echt veel beter. |
