herziges design hotel an gueter lage mitten in moskau. zu fuss ist die shopping-meile sowie der kremel gut erreichbar. grosses frühstücksbuffet. nachtessen im hotel ist sehr teuer-sogar für CH-verhältnisse |

Sehr gute Lage (10 Min. Fussweg zum Kreml) nahe der Tverskaia Ul. und den nahegelegenen Geschäften und Restaurants. Hoteleinrichtung sehr stylisch designed und trotzdem nicht ueberladen oder steril. Servicepersonal im Restaurantbereich achtet leider mehr auf Stryling der Tische und Dekoration als auf das Wohl der Gäste. Warten auf Frühstücks-Cappuccino verlangt viel Geduld (für Business-Gäste etwas schwierig). Das Housekeeping hat nicht immer grösstes Interesse daran, Shampoo und Duschgel nachzulegen. |

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und sprach gut Englisch. Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber. Hervorragend war die Lage. 20Min Spaziergang zum Kreml und Roten Platz, 5Min zur nächsten Metro Station. |

gut gefuehrtes Hotel mit gut englisch sprechendem Personal der Preis liegt zu hoch, was vermutlich mit Moskau zu tun hat. Das sog. fruehstuecksbuffet beschraenkt sich auf das wesentliche , alles darueber hinaus kostet extra. Die Versorgung mit kaffe/tee durch das Personal laeft sehr zoegerlich, Aufmerksamkeit des Gastes ist hier zwingend notwendig, um versorgt zu werden. |

Staff was pleasant. Only about 10mns walk from the main shopping street and 20mns to the Red Square. The service at breakfast... the staff provides you with a little card with a list of things you can have for breakfast; you need to tick the things on the list that you want. I stayed 3 days int hat hotel and every day I only ordered toast... well i nover got them.. first day I had to go and ask for them again, 2nd day they forgot again and I coudln't be bothered to ask for them again and 3rd day I waited.. waited... and when I ask for my toasts they said they had no more!!! |

Good location (10 min walk from 2 Metro Stations); Friendly staff, good breakfast; moderate size rooms with good airconditioning / heating system. Rooms are rather dark (design curtains are blocking most of the daylight and not easy to open). Do not use the hotel service to get ticket for theatre, very high "commission". Use box office on main street instead (work for us with pointing on map of theatre) |

Very professionally run hotel in excellent central location. All the Moscow highlights are nearby, e.g. you can walk to Red Square down Tverskaya (main shopping boulevard) easily in 15/20 minutes. Similarly to the Bolshoi. The staff are exceedingly welcoming - all speak English and other European languages. Breakfast is included (unusually for Moscow hotels) and is very good indeed. Rooms are very modern and funky in style - distinctive and comfortable with good bathrooms. Enjoyed this hotel very much, better than the other central 5-star hotels we have stayed in. This one has more of its own character, whilst maintaining a high level of sophistication and comfort. |

Very good breakfast. Clean rooms (cleaning: 2 times a day). Nice atmosphere, modern interior. It could be free WIFI in all rooms. By the way on the 6 floor internet is free (by cabel). |

Don't forget to put behind your door "privacy" if you want to sleep because every morning before 9 o'clock somebody knocks at your door for laundry service, room service, etc!! |

Very good location-Lencome theatre, cinema Russia, Pushkine monument, Tverskaya street, 3 metro stations. Very young staff and very carefull.We were upgraded to superior room due to our wedding anniversary and had very warm welcome.Nice, modern design.Thank you for everything, Natasha!!! |

The ambiance was great, and the restaurant was spectacular for Moscow. The staff was quite helpful as well. For a boutique hotel, the beds are pretty substandard. Sleeping on the floor would have been as comfortable. That said, I would still stay at the Golden Apple again, as it seems like the bad bed scene was more of a Moscow thing than a hotel thing. The GA was by far my best accommodation during this trip. |
