The location was perfect. Staff was very friendly.

The room had a small window which was not openning, so I couldn't have fresh air in the room. The internet connection was very poor.

I got special price (offer) and for 5 star hotel in the real Moscow center is great! Hotel nice and clean. Room has everything including bathrobe and slippers.

cost of restaurant. too expensive so even breakfast for us was in next door Shokoladnitsa cafe

The2 lady receptionist on may 3 between 10 pm to midnight is very unfriendly ( quite rude) not very helpful ...

This is a really nice place in good location whith friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Warm floor on bathroom was a very big surprise for me as well as red colored night light :) Shower gel smells untypical but very good, I think about purchasing a bottle for home usage.

Helpful, friendly & welcoming staff. Tidy comfortable room with useful amenities. Splendid location for high end shopping. Red Square was a delightful 15 minute walk away. Gourmet Russian cuisine in the cute bar & restaurant. After hours of sight-seeing, I loved retreating to the relaxing haven of my room to recharge.

I loved the Golden Apple and had no complaints at all.

Our family rates the overall experience at the hotel as outstanding. The room had excellent climate control. The bed, though too modern in appearance for our tastes, was very comfortable, and the bedding was of excellent quality. The level of service was on par with the Ritz, and even that is an understatement. Though few amenities are provided upon arrival, do not be shy, call the front desk, and anything you need appears in an instant. Same goes for extra services. The buffet breakfast, though a bit pricy, is of excellent quality: you have a cold buffet and a hot buffet price points, and the hot option includes everything you see on display plus everything on the menu (again, do not be shy and ask). This is not a chain. This owner appears to treat the hotel as the crown jewel and the staff are trained in the best European traditions of service and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and have you come back :-)

Furnishings, though of high quality, look like Ikea items.
