My money and credit cards have been stolen ( pickpocketed ) in Metro station in St. Petersburg.The police didn't help me but hotel's staff and particularly Turkish Consulate in St.Petersburg were very helpfull

the only down point - there is no bar/ cafe in the hotel, you can get only coffee/tea during day time in the area where the breakfast is served. I would suggest the hotel extend the choice of drinks.

Fabulous location and 5 star service

The location is excellent. We walked to all of the sights we wanted to visit. There's a great bar across the street with creative drinks that the front desk recommended. There are plenty of options available at breakfast, both hot and cold, with different drinks/coffee offered. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The rooms are quite small, even by European standards, especially when sharing with another person. This is most noticeable in the bathroom, where there is minimal space to put your toiletries/towels/etc. The shower and sink are tiny, so it's impossible to keep the floor dry. Another issue was the heat. Although it was quite cold outside, the temperature in the room is VERY warm and you cannot change it.

The location of the hotel is excellent: for shopping and for city trip. It's just 2 minutes walk to the Kazan Cathedral, 5min walking to Church on Spilt Blood,7min walking to metro station "Gostinniy dvor" - where you can get any excursion. Dior, Luis Vuitton, Gucci shops are on same street as this hotel. Very nice breakfast:a variety of choise.

I admit it's clean, and breakfisrt ok. But I don't recommand it.

Extremely narrow/small and out of price, for the simple reason it's located right next to Nevsky Propsekt on Bolshaya Konnyushennaya, which I don't consider a good location for a stay. Stressful, right at the center, exposed to all sorts of tourist traps. Staff was friendly as a hand grenade or worse. Bad smells, poor/vicious air circulation. No facilities whatsoever (a very narrow bedroom, an entrance and a small dining room, that's it), no comfort at all and out-of-price (for central location). Mark my words you'll pick a fight with whoever you're with while you're there. The exact sort of place I try to avoid when I travel.

Excellent location for St Petersburg city tourist attractions

It looks new and very nice furniture. Very good breakfast. Right in the center of the city (near the Palace Square).

Located just off of Nevsky Prospekt in a great area of town, and close walking distance to 2 metro stops and a number of major sights in St Petersburg. We booked a Superior Double Room and found that it was a great size for 2 people. Nice breakfast buffet.

The mini bar wasn't restocked and the glasses were not changed each day which was a little disappointing.

Perfect location, close to all attractions like theatres, museums and cathedrals. Besides convenient for those who like luxury shopping: on the same street located designer boutiques and malls. The breakfast is good enough. Girls at the reception are very nice and helpful.

Sometimes we felt like smb smoked cigarettes. Not clean enough. Lift did't work couple of times.

This is a very clean little boutique hotel with lots of charm and style. The rooms are beautiful and yet cosy housed in a stylish building in the heart of St Petersburg. It was so easy to walk to the sights even in thick snow of December. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always smiling and the breakfast was excellent and of good quality. The bathrooms are very clean and modern and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in a hotel with luxurious bedding. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Hotel room was the smallest room i have ever seen in any hotel . Our room was double twin but 2 pwrsons could barley move in the room.

Hotel is very nice, small but extremely tidy and clean, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, what's more, it is the center of this great city, and not so expensive, good choice for everybody with limited budget.

The lift stopped working for a while. As the city in the winter is covered with snow, it will be better if the hotel has some shoe-cleaning equipments.

Lift was too small even for two people and bags. Temperature in this hotel is very high and we could not get it any lower although there was conditioner.
