Бронировала номер категории sngl через сайт, когда приехала в отель, меня обрадовали бесплатным повышением категории номера. В связи со сбоем в системе бронирования меня поселили в одноместный улучшенный номер категории dbl! Номер приятный, уютный. Отличное месторасположение, есть возможность днем бесплатно посетить сауну (спрашивайте у администраторов), приветливый и внимательный персонал, вкусные завтраки. временами пропадало соединение с wi-fi гостеприимство персонала далеко от европейского, но ребята стараются

Чистота в номере. Наличие всех необходимых аксессуаров и в номере и в ванной комнате. Хорошее освещение, доступ в интернет, а также завтрак. При бронировании был заказан (и подтвержден) номер для курящих, а при вселении такого номера не оказалось, при этом нам объяснили, что при бронировании номера через интернет, какие-либо особые пожелания не учитываются...

чистота, порядок, тишина, расположение кухня. в ресторане кейс можно только позавтракать. обедать и ужинать нужно в другом месте. работа официантов отвратительная.

Персонал. Обслуживание. Бесплатная охраняемая парковка Не стабильно работает WiFi. В номерах прохладно, хотя в номере было 2!дополнительных обогревателя. В номерах выходящих на ул. Ленина шумно. Хорошая слышимость соседних номеров, особенно в ванной комнате.

Las personas de recepcion fueron muy amables y lo mejor es que hablaban un ingles relativamente comprensible. El desayuno tipo buffet fue bastante completo y de buena calidad. La ubicacion es super conveniente para visitar la ciudad y encontrar restaurantes. .

расположен в центре, неплохой завтрак, чистый номер 2 дня по утрам не было горячей воды, на просьбу переселить в номер с водой мне любезно принесли тазик с горячей водой и детское пластмассовое ведерко. если окна выходят на улицу очень шумно. кровать жесткая, подушки не удобные. на завтраке не подойти к столу с едой - мало места, народ толпится, очередь , чтобы налить кофе - аппарат работает медленно. попросила вызвать такси в аэропорт, машина не пришла.

From Russian standards, average: very expensive for what you get, nothing to boil water for tea or coffee in the room, very poor breakfast, staff forgets to give back the change:-) very small gym and sauna always booked (a standard tradition in Russia) and of course you have to pay for it outside the happy hours, I.E. from 8 am till 8 pm only on week days. However, you won't find better, only worse:-)

Très bien situé en plein centre ville. Accès rapide à tout type de commerce. Chambres calmes et bien insonorisées. Petit déjeuner somptueux. Parking gratuit

Останавливалась в отеле на 1 ночь с 11.03.13г по 12 марта. Персонал дружелюбный, в номере чисто и уютно, почти домашняя обстановка. Утром в баре ждал вкусный завтрак. Обязательно воспользуюсь случаем посетить Екатеринбург еще раз (уже в качестве отдыхающего) и остановлюсь в этом отеле.
