We stayed at the comfort room (with bath and WC inside the room) The utilities are new and comfortable. There is a good kitchen for all residents. Public toilets and showers seems good. If you are looking for silent and friendly atmosphere - this hotel is your choice. Wi-fi connection is good enough For elder persons stairs can be too steep, so it will be hard to reach kitchen which is on the second floor. Had some problems with closing windows in the room - so be patient and close it carefully.

very good location just off Nevski Prospekt and close to Plochada Vosstaniya it is what it is. A hostel. "Continental breakfast" means a cookie and yoghurt. Don't expect sheets and towels to be changed. Expect to obey all rules for communal hostal!

I think in terms of value for money it's one of the best choices in the city. Very comfortable hotel. Good location. Possible to walk to metro station and Nevski prospekt for about 8 min. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped and cousy. It's strange that the hotel offers no soap at the bathrooms.

I arrived by train from Moscow, and it was just at walkable distance from station. Location is very good near Nevsky Prospekt and metro staion. Nearby there's a very cheap supermarket open daily till 11pm. There's a full kitchen at the Grechesky, so eating can be very cheap (if needed). My room was quite large, many drawers and cabinets. Large tv, fridge, good bathroom. I was positively impressed, it was better than I expected. The lady at reception was very kind using an online translator to communicate as she didnt speak English. There's a funny breakfast kit left in the fridge every morning, it seems there's more than 1 per person. Not very filling, but enough for a quick start. Nothing to say .

отель располагается близко к невскому проспекту, к станциям метро, московскому вокзалу; рядом находятся супермаркет "дикси" с дружелюбными ценами, много закусочных эконом класса. можно обратиться к персоналу за феном, шампунем, гелем для душа - если у них это есть в наличии, то они поделятся бесплатно (нам по поводу шампуня не повезло). окна нашего номера "твин конфорт" выходили на улицу "5-я советская", где в это время проводился ремонт - это было кошмаром по утрам. в номере не предусмотрены такие средства гигиены, как: шампунь, гель для душа, бальзам - есть только жидкое мыло. завтрак включает в себя сухой паек в пакетике на полке в холодильнике. во время нашего пребывания стояла невыносимая жара в петербурге - ночью в номере было катастрофически душно, тяжело было заснуть.

Нормальный отель для экономичного размещения, если приехали в Питер на экскурсии. Немного напрягает общая ванная комната, но их целых четыре на этаже, так что свободная всегда есть. Есть и кухня, где можно что-то себе приготовить. В отеле спокойная и доброжелательная атмосфера, как, впрочем ,и во всем городе. Мне понравилось.

Удобное расположение, уютный номер, чистые санузлы, быстрый интернет, вежливый персонал. Тонкие перегородки между номерами - жуткая слышимость.

Тихо. Спокойно. Слышал, что в отеле далеко не один, но почти ни одного постояльца не встретил, не смотря на общую кухню и с/у))) Персонал не назойливый, культурный. Сам отель расположен на довольно тихой улице, но не далеко от центральных проспектов. В общем идеальное отношение цена/качество, для бюджетного туризма.

Дешево и очень удобно, т.к. хостел расположен в центре Питера. Комната очень понравилась, ничего лишнего, тихо и уютно. Завтраки тоже были кстати. Плюс рядом магазины и кафе. Думаю, остановимся здесь еще. Смутили общие ванные и кухня, не достаточно чисто и ухоженно.

Удобные большие номера, уютно, чисто, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, отличное местоположение отеля. Ограничение по приему гостей до 23-00 - это не очень удобно, особенно в белые ночи.

Хорошее месторасположение в центре Питера, 5 минут ходьбы до метро, станции площадь Восстания. Быстрое заселение. Чистота в номере, санузле. Удобство в виде кухни, быстрое приготовление для себя еды. Наличие постоянно питьевой воды в куллере. Чай, кофе предоставляет хостел. Работают 24 часа в сутки, удобно, так как можешь вернуться в хостел в любое время суток. Так же хотела отметить тишину в отеле, что для меня является приоритетом в выборе гостиницы. Осталась довольна.
