Comfortable room. Lovely bathroom. Good breakfast. Helpfull staff.
The internet connection wasn't stable.
Personal are very kindly and friendly
Location of the hotel is good but it is not in the center, staff is very helpful despite of the very poor English, Hotel considered to be theme hotel with fancy historical decoration, which could be admired or not admired by the guest, rooms are very large, Wi Fi very good, Breakfast is great and very rich, I could stay in same hotel again.
Our room was in third floor without lift (the Building is 200 years old), difficult to locate the hotel, I was chocked to see the staff handling the foodstuff, mainly the bread by bare hands without gloves, which gave very bad idea about what is happening in the kitchen.
Well situated hotel with staff courteous. Rooms large
The view is a little average into a rather run down Street
This is definetly a boutique hotel with a surpising layout but plenty of charming decoration and details making the experience enjoyable. Our room was nice and the restaurant food was pleasant.
We were not impressed by the service. The restaurant service was so totally disorganised that on the first evening when we wanted to have supper, we were advised to go somewhere else if we wanted to avoid frustration.
A bit too far from underground station.
English speaking staff was very helpful. Free breakfast in the dining room in the mornings was convenient. Pretty close to major attractions, 24-hr convenience store one block away. Reviews complained of a "creepy" dark hallway, but it was well lit during our stay.
Small signage, can be hard to find when you first arrive.
Great value for money both in terms of the room quality and the location. Staff were friendly and helpful, and included breakfast and free wifi were a nice bonus.
The sound proofing could be better - you could hear the noises from the corridor and the street quite well.
We did enjoy breakfast during the stay. Especially, I would like to thank the person who was in charge for the breakfast area. His name is Eugene/Evgeniy. Location. A bit away from the main palace square but still in the city center.
Staff 1.We had a room with a window in the washroom. The window had a blind which was broken. Administrator Alexander insisted that he did his best to fix the problem. In fact he did not. He has just ignored my complaint. We ended up not turning on the light in the washroom but keeping the washroom door open in order to get the light from the bedroom. It was absolutely uncomfortable. 2. Try not to deal with Anastasia. She is definitely unprofessional. My friend's shopping bag with an item has disappeared from the room. When I addressed this problem to so called administrator Anastasia her response was: "First of all, you have to pay hotel fee. " The whole journey was ruined in one day. I am so sorry that happened to us.
Interior design is quite elaborate and chic. Polite and helpful staff. Hearty breakfast.
Even though located in the historic center of the city, the hotel is pretty far from any of the metro stations. Be ready to walk. The street is quite noisy at night, so if a bad sleeper, ask for a room overlooking the yard. No pastry for breakfast!
Quirky. Cosy. Waiting staff exceptional. Great breakfast and had supper too which was very good. Tucked in a side street but easy location for the centre - 10 min walk. Room size was terrific 403
Dusty on carpets in a few corners.
Fabulous staff. They went out of their way to book theatre tickets.
Some renovations were ongoing.
nothing particular, maybe location.
Comfortable and clean rooms, very positive and supportive staff, diversified breakfast, good location, good interior design corresponding to the name :) Even though there was no heating in the hotel, administration provided heating battery, so the issue was solved.
Noisy from outside. There was no heating during my first day and the electricity was switched off in the morning.
Comfortable location, Cosy rooms, polite personell, fast internet connection, superb breakfast
No sweaming pool )))))
I like it all.
very helpful and friendly staff
nice room good breakfast
thin walls, hear the conversation in the next room
I arrived by train and by taking Bus number 22 I have arrived at the Hotel an hour after. I had a very warm welcome from Alexander who explained to me all about the Hotel and the area. The room was very nice bed very comfortable and a nice warm bathroom. There was a small buffet Breakfast and staff was again very attentive. All Reception staff was very polite and always with a smile(I am sorry I can't recall their names). I totally recommend this Hotel.
spacious room with perfect aristocratic atmosphere, friendly stuff, tasty breakfast buffet
I liked the rooms and the location most. It is in the very centre, close to museums, palaces and theatres, but the street is quiet. Lovely and peaceful place.
It's excellent hotel! A advice to visit Happy Pushkin everybody.
