A really nice hotel. Rooms comfortable and food in both restaurants very nice. Well placed for visiting the city centre and tourist attractions and just a couple of minutes away from the nearest metro station Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been handy. |

TV Japan was available. No elevators. Having filled the bath with hot water, the water turned cold halfway. I could not use hot water for several hours !! |

The Helvetia has an excellent location very near the metro and the main shopping street, yet is is very quiet. It comfortable and clean, while being less pretentious than other hotels in the area. The food served at breakfast is very good and their restauants are praise worthy. |

Everthing was wonderful at the Helvetia. The service was excellent - polite, helpful and understanding of foreign travellers who cannot speak Russian. The only little thing that I did not like was the bed. It was 2 x double beds to make 1 King Size bed, which meant the mattress was not suited for the bed. I think to make Helvetia even better, this will need to be addressed. |

zentrale Lage (nur 2 Gehminuten von der nächsten Metrostation entfernt), ruhig (in einem Innenhof), sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück die etwas reservierte Art des ansonsten stets korrekten Hotelpersonals |

Uiterst goed gelegen in het centrum van st petersburg, dichtbij nevsky prospect en historisch centrum. Mooi en rustig hotel langs drukke as. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Zeer goede prijs. wifi internet is aanwezig maar betalend. zou in deze klasse inbegrepen moeten zijn. |

c´est un hôtel plein de charme de 1816, très bien situé (tout près de la Nevsky, sur une grande avenue, à côté du musée Dostoievsky), avec une très belle façade, des chambres bien décorées, une belle cour intérieure, un pub très agréable. Le petit déjeuner buffet, excellent et Anastasia, une des responsables de l´hôtel, d´une gentillesse vraiment remarquable. Non, tout s´est très bien passé. Tous les trois (couple avec une fille adolescente) nous avons passé un séjour magnifique. |

очень уютный отель, наличие кухни в номере, комфортный внутренний дворик и рестораны, близость к московскому вокзалу и центру заменить мебель из ИКЕИ, чтобы закрывались дверцы тумбочек и шкафов. Очень мало места для вещей. |

Хорошее соотношение цена-качество (был в период скидок). Размер номера классик в пределах нормы. Работа обслуживающего персонала хорошая, персонал очень приветлив и услужлив. Шведский стол на завтрак хорош и разнообразен. Ресторан ( пивной) с кухней очень приличного уровня. Не возникало желания ужинать где то в другом месте. Месторасположение способствует пешим прогулкам по центру города, историческим местам. 1.Кухня второго ресторана (итальянского) оставляет желать лучшего. Меню очень скудно, приготовление не соответствует заявленному уровню, качество сырья для основных блюд на низком уровне. Ресторан надо дотягивать до хорошего уровня. 2. Требуется решить проблему ночных шумов во дворике. Часто шум, разговоры за столиками во дворе будят и не дают спать( в три часа ночи). Считаю что после 24 часов дворик должен быть закрыт для посетителей ресторанов. 3. Отсутствие кондиционеров в номерах заставляет спать летом с открытыми окнами, а это чревато проблемами с комарами и упомянутым ночным шумом от посетителей ресторанов. Как минимум требуется установка москитных сеток на окна. |
