Score from 1139 reviews Wonderful
Staff all speak excellent English. It's honest - you get what expect which is not always the case. In-house taxi service with driver for €20/hour. Food is very good. I've been to Moscow many times and stayed in various hotels. This is by far the best and the best value for money.
Handy for Metro, Grand hotel, great rooms, great Breakfast. It's not the question but would stay again
Service abit questionable, staff are friendly yet feel that was left waiting too much, replacement knife & fork, when will the coffee come. Do you require another drink very rarely asked. Cardinal sin all meals not served at the same time, money was returned when paying but spoilt the occasion
The whole experience was fantastic. The interiors of the hotel were fabulous and the staff was well trained and very friendly.
The location of my room.
Excellent staff from the receptionists to concierge and waiters
Although the room price was good the restaurant was expensive and there is no way I'm paying £8 for a bottle of water!
Super helpful staff whenever we required any help getting around the city. Fantastic service from the concierge to room service. Everything was absolutely spot on! Cleanliness was a super plus point and the comfort of the rooms unmatched.
Location, hotel building.
This was the first time in my life when I experienced in Hilton very very cheap dental kit, plastic sticks for mixing tea/coffee in the room, panecakes which were dried out - it was not even possible to cut them (served at breakfast) - is it not a shame for Hilton. Charge for room service was 25% of the total bill. Minibar was available only in exchange for credit card security. Seems that I ended up in a low profile hotel.
Historical Hotel. Free and good Internet! Gym is nice also :)
Breakfast is.... a little low for a Hilton. Just to Start not ONE single fresh juice ... no need to move on in this topic :( Rooms with no identity with the Hilton brand ... simple shoes ..like a pension etc etc ... Is like we are in a regular hotel .... but we aren't we are in a Hilton 5 Start hotel ....
reception staff spoke good English
level of noise from passing trains
Nice service for here. And clean pool. Before I traveled in Rottdam of Netherlands, bad service. Difference service in different places for same group.
Now all free for WIFI in everywhere of world for hotel, service area and city, but charge in the room. Big group, need to get bit money.
Close to the metro and 3 railway stations, room with a view. Concierge is very helpful, giving us lots of travel tips and even a print out of the train itinerary.
The morning call at 5am did not work and we nearly missed the early train. No slippers. Free wifi but charges appeared on invoice, as well as confusion in mini bar charges. Need explanation and clarification to correct the mistakes during checkout.
the are is bit noisy and not the best location in Mosvow. hotel is prety old. so my over all score is avarage.
The beautiful building
The staff here were tremendous, very helpful at checking, customer service and concierge.....event the driver who took me to the station to get the train to the airport was very helpful, even running with my luggage to make sure I made the train!
It is a nice building, room was big enough and it was cmfortable to stay in the room. The reception was quit friendly and helpful, we had a small issue, which was remedied shortly.
Unfortunately we expected more professionality from the staff. The paperwork which has to be done and signed by the registration and other things its like in Russia 20 years ago. As we needed the frigde to keep some items there we had to pay 5.000 rubles for a deposit. It is not the amount which I disliked to pay. It is more the feeling that you can affort a room in a "5 Star" hotel, but the hotel doesn't trust you as a guest that you migh go without paying. Its make a negetive effect. The staff was quit friendly, but they have to be trained to be more professional and structured.
Wifi was working properly, great location next to the tube and rooms were very large.
Breakfast not included in rate
size of room & view from higher floors
business centre very expensive!! breakfast too expensive
The profesionalism of the Food and Beverage Director Lionel Fauvet.
The complementary wifi was slower than my 3G phone speed. This did not seem to be an issue with my laptop.
- Historical facility - really beautiful, you can step back in URSS great environment within a modern facility - Position is really good -> 20' by foot to reach Red Square and close to railway stations - Restaurant is good (I had a good dinner) - Real 5 stars: personnel is very friendly and professional, gym open 24h a day, etc...
- My room was situated only at 3rd floor while I explicitly asked the highest floor possible and city view.
For us location of the hotel was perfect as we arrived at Kazansky station and was leaving next morning from Leningradskaya station. We were upgraded to a bigger room.
We payed 5000 rur for the room and the cost of breakfast is 2500 rur for two, too expensive.
Staff is friendly, helpful, nice English. WIFI works very well, bathroom facilities are modern and clean. Impressive Soviet-era building. Jacuzzi, sauna and a small swimming pool open until 11pm.
Breakfast is overpriced and not much to write home about. General feeling is that the hotel is not as 5-star as they advertise it.
The location! For business resons it offers me the possibility of a short distance and moderate traffic to our office in Denisovsky Lane
The staff is not very friendly, no assistance with heavy luggage. The selection for breakfast and on the menue of the restaurant has shrinked quite a bit while prices in the restaurant went up well.
