The Spa is amazing. Don't go for the meals at the hotel. The food is very pricey - specially breakfast is overpriced! The location is not very bad - but it takes 15 minutes to walk to the center. Air conditioning didn't work in my room.

This hotel is very nice. Room is so clean and cozy. Also all guests can use their spa and swimming pool free of charge. I recommend this hotel... I wanted to double room but they gave me twin room.. It's uncomfortable..

Not 5 stars inside standard rooms. Poor bath sets, 20 minutes to wait in shower for hot water at middays But! 140 euros (!!!) for 40ml of Hennessy XO at lobby bar

1) This is not a 5-star hotel. 2) room that was initially assigned to us had a door to the next room - and it was VERY noisy. 3) they have no king beds, though I requested it at the moment of booking. only "joint twins". very inconvenient.

Its magnificent spa and beautifully designed rooms. The opportunity to have champagne for breakfast, czar style. It would have been nice to be able to use the spa after 11 am... But they do warn you about guest hours.

Great spa, which is free for guests. The breakfast was fantastic too and the location was perfect for what we wanted to see/do. Check-in was a bit chaotic and some guests had to wait for rooms. The beds were two single beds on wheels, which wasn't great for a couple, but overall I'd highly recommend this hotel.

I go there just because of the spa. Nice restaurants and bar,too. It is the insane fact that I had to insist for hours that the hotel provides me with a doublw-size or a king-size blanket or duvet for my king-size bed. They finally told me that they just don't have such thing in the hotel. Absurd! On top of that, I believe that during the 5 hours in which we argued about that, they could have just went to tje shop and bought one if they really didn't have duvets able to accommodate the needs of a 6'5" man!!! Last but not least, the rooms are ran-down, with rusty pipes in the bathroom, damaged interior, broken furniture, etc. I've been to this hotel a few tines because of the spa facilities,but it was the last time I go there. I just don't feel nice when I couldn't cover myself with a blanket in the evening and wake up cold as herring. Frustrating!

The spa was excellent, difficult not to spend several hours relaxing there. The service wasn't what you expect from a 5 star hotel. They charged my card twice and then didn't even appologise when I called to rectify this. They weren't especially helpful, I asked one day for a lunch recommendation and the place was closed. You would also expect to have a kettle in all rooms. Room cleaning was not done particularly well either.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We stay in this hotel because of excellent SPA and we always enjoy it. Cleaners staff were very nosy in the morning and we couldn't sleep longer.

The Spa was very impressive as was the overall level of services available to guests. The room was too hot. No matter which way we turned the thermostat there was nothing we could do to change the temperature.
