Holiday Inn Moscow Vinogradovo

Should not be labeled as a airport hotel. Took 4 hrs to connect with "free shuttle". We went from Term 1 then went to Term 2. There were no signs to designate "hotel shuttle pick up" No one at the airport even was aware of any such service. Since very few Russians speak English, we had to make @ 4-5 phone calls (which cost @ $24) to find shuttle bus. We walked to the exit of the airport and luckily we saw the van and had to step in front of it to stop it. Total nightmare! We are seniors and cannot handle this type of aggrevation and physical exhaustion. We would like a refund for this inconvenience.

There was a problem with water in my room. After noticing the reception, it was solved in 10-15 minuts. Generally, the staff is always at your service - will find whatever you ask for.

The staff does not speak almost no other language than Russian. Sometimes you need to wait till someone who can understand English is found... but all of them are very nice, so it is not such a big deal. Doorslam sound is loud in some parts of the hotel (only matters when you are trying to sleep).

Even its a Holiday Inn Hotel looks like more a typical Russian Hotel. If you see from this side you can get the best of it. If you see it like European one is among the average one but the price is value for money despite the distance to the center. The best was the lovely breakfast in its atrium. Real American one and very tasty.

Room convenience and bus shuttle pick up point. Also the pool is not so big as its advertised in the site.
