Location near Vnukovo airport Shuttle to airport Hotel staff does not speak a word of English There was no hot water when we stayed and in one of my collegues room there was no water

при заезде нам сообщили что никакого бронирования от booking com они не получали. очень низкий уровень обслуживания.прокуренное помещение такое ощущение что попали в общежитие гастарбайтеров.

Быстрый, удобный трансфер аэропорт-отель-аэропорт Отвратительный запах в номере, ужасная вода в душе, невозможность отрегулировать нормальную температуру воды, совершенно несъедобная еда в ресторане при отеле
