    Nice surprise with the free minibar full of little stuff + beer! Nice place to stay after few days on the railway. Nice late checkOut!

    I didn't like that no one help us with our luggage on arrival. Everything was broken in our room and the sofa-bed was in condition to throw. So we took one more room to stay. Pillows was awful , Electrical plugs was in danger to use. It was no service in restaurant and every time we asked for a coffee, the waitresses gave us such a attitude as we are bothering her. The food we ordered in room dinning wasn't cooked properly and they couldn't well cook when we asked so. The housekeeper didn't clean properly the room and just a day before we have to leave, the administrator, security and floor administrator came to my room accusing us in damaging the sofa-bed which was perfect to throw, market carpet and missing plates. They was claiming 12500 RUB for sofa restoration. So, infront of them I checked the mark on a carpet and it was easy to remove by finger!! So, they just wanted to get money from us and it looked so cheap. I said that I will only pay for a soap and work to clean few pencil marks. They can check plates in restaurant as we had in-room dining and tell housekeeper to clean properly the carpet and rooms In general. Then administrator called me and apologized and asked if we can pay 1200 RUB!!! ( not 12500RUB) for cleaning the sofa. I donated this sum to that cheap hotel as it's very clear that the place need full restoration. Disgusting service, hotel and not a pleasant experience

    Good and clean place and real new unworn furniture, good scenic view over river, friendly modern ambiente. Breakfast-buffet from salmon to scrambled eggs in good variety hot and cold even with just few people staying, secured feeling and monitored parking

    Communication to staff in English almost impossible, sounds from outdoors or other rooms very audible

    Great location, nice views over the city. Clean and comfortable. Comprehensive buffet breakfast.

    1. Location

    1) Hospitality: the receptionist lady was (I guess) in bad mood. No smile, no "thank you", no friendly welcoming . 2) room comfort: there are no ACs in rooms at all. ACs are installed only in the luxury rooms. It was very hot weather and I was not possible to stay in the room. I asked the admits ration who accredited the hotel with three stars. Wether knows about this horrific services. The manager responded that the Russian representative (nit american, nor british) audited them. And she said hewas Russian, so what do you expect. I did not get it what she was referring about... Corruption, friendly favor for getting three star accreditation, or something else??? The bottom line they delivered to my room a portable fan so I could a little colder the operators in my room. I thanked them, and the manager replied, that I am lucky that they done one fan for me. 3) Restaurant: just for my first lunch I asked the vegetable salad. The cucumber has a huge spot of white fungus like mold. I showed this cute to the waiter. She removed this piece from my plate and left. I was waiting that someone will change my dish. I called the waiter once again and requested to replace the salad. - no apology, no regret from her.... This hotel thus far far from the normal hotel standard and the accreditation should be withdraw.

    location, nice breakfast, the restaurant is also very handy, views of the river from the rooms are superb, rooms clean and comfortable
