Staff was very helpful claiming our lost luggage from airport. Everything was neat and clean.

Staff doesn't speak enough English. Breakfast was not satisfactory.

The staff is very friendly.The design is very beautiful.The rooms are clean.There is a big park near the hotel.

The price is a bit high and the destination is good only for travelers with the car.The breakfast is expensive.

Humidity in the room is extra high. Rooms are tiny. Restaurant team have no clue what food and service should be.

There are new rooms with new furniture, helpful staff

Rooms isnt heated, there were extremely cold at night. Far away from the city and beach. It would be nice to include the breakfast in the room's price.

Hotel staff

No fridge, no kettle in the room. On the whole, the room looked quite uncomfortable and unpleasant to live in. The shower was very uncomfortable, too. The lamp in the bathroom was blinking. The location is not suitable for people coming to have a city tour (quite far from the city center and from the railroad station - very inconvenient). Very poor infrastructure in the neighborhood

Be careful.Reception staff is involved in deception with taxi. If you ask for taxi, they pretend to call, but in fact they just informed their friends which are staying nearby. These cars have double price against normal city taxi

Walls are not very soundproof. Bath is not very clean. A little far from the city center.

Value for money is just above expectation. Bed, bathroom tv - new and of high quality. And very reasonable price. Breakfast is not bad. Could be better for 11 usd but ok WiFi is free and a good speed. I really enjoyed the stay and recommend to anyone

I am not sure if it as close to the river as it was promised As for the proximity of the center - there nothing to speak of. Center is a nominal place. Small industrial city Yes, the staff is very helpful but somehow little bit unexperienced. (The Hotel opened just half a year ago) It took like 40 - 50 minutes to check in - something happened to the hotel's payment system with my colleague visa gold - terrible. And later we have read that if the problem wasn't resolved in 15 minutes they should have proposed us to be "their guest" do not know what it means, probably free stay. Nothing was proposed of course. And some minor issues - like smoking room instead of non smoking. To summarize all this - HIGHLY recommended. I would stay there again and recommend to friends.
