AMAZING VIEWS AND VERY GOOD SECURITY AT THE ENTRANCE
No car access to the door
Personnel do not speak and do not understand english. Not a single word. The reaction of a receptionist to my question (in Russian as I was accompanying my Italian colleagues for their business trip) "How is it even possible that you don't know English?.." was a very arrogant "Yes, we don't know English, and why should we? Here in Russia we are living totally fine without it!". I was shocked. Lots of makeup and false lashes, and no courtesy, no effort and no skill at all. And they serve breakfast only starting from 8-30. They don't care that work starts at 9-00, and their guests came there for work. Result - we were always late for our conference.
The view is ok if a bit exposed
The interior decoration is cheap-looking and beyond tasteless (unless you're a Kardashian). Both bath robes were badly worn. The staff was not unfriendly but definitely lacked proper training. It's not without some nice touches but overall feel suits a place on the outskirts of Moscow at half an advertised price.
good location to reach the Expocenter. Commercial center nearby the hotel.
Area around still in construction. Hotel difficult to find.
It is quite hard to find as it is in 55th floor and it is not market anywhere where it is! You get to the building and there is no indication that the hotel is in this building. There is no breakfast!
Location, reception staff.
They don't register you if you don't ask them to do even though legally they should. So foreign guests must be extremely careful! There should be a 'Please clean my room' tags in the rooms. So I would not need to tell it every time I needed. Also they did not know about the meaning of leaving the towels on the floor is the request of change. The administration needs to work harder with housekeeping.
View, view, view! This hotel is located on 55th fl, that says it all.
The entire area where hotel is located is under construction, it was nearly impossible to find the entrance and once we did, well that wasnt the entrance to the hotel, the reception and lobby of the hotel is located on 55th fl, so dont expect any help with luggage etc. also no room service, took us 2 hours to get a coffee at a nearby shopping mall , which opens at 11am on a week end. Staff was very slow and unexperienced when we asked a receipt. I believe this hotel will get better in a couple of years.
1- Clean 2- Quiet
1- difficult to find it, i spent 2 hours looking till I find it. 2- there is no service room, lobby, no restaurant it is just one floor with rooms, it is like a motel with no service. 3- there is just one receptionist with very weak English language. 4- located in business centers which make you feel that you are still in your office.
Rooms are new
Rooms are at 55th floor in a tower. Not really like a classic hotel. Heat condition not really works properly.
Location view hospitable Carina
the receptionist very nice and kind, very nice room, clean and good space with a frigo bar.
the manager of the hotel.
Good location next to Moscow City. Nice room.
No breakfast view from economy room is limited by cooler system level. May be difficult to get in. Having nude pictures in the room is little bit strange.
View from the window
We couldn't order breakfast in the room
the from is very comfortable, value for money. we enjoyed a lot staying there.
the view from the window is not that picturesque. you can see the roof of the building you are in
Airco did not work well
No signs outside to find the hotel
The best view over Moscow, ever
Nice rooms with fabulous view. Les than 10 min. walk to expo centre. Very nice shopping centre with good restaurants on 5th. floor
Noise during the night because of the building-works in front. No restaurant for breakfast in the building.
The best part is that the hotel is located in 55th floor of the building. The view is really nice that you can see the whole view of the city from your room. The room was clean & cozy, and the metro station is just beside the hotel. Huge shopping center is also just across the street and the staffs are very friendly.
There's no sign of the hotel so it is quite difficult to find. Information in Booking.com said the parking is free but there was no free parking space for this hotel and I had to park in the shopping center and pay for it.
Hotel was unknown to many people I asked what I understood when I finally found it. Problem is that they've just opened (FEB-14) and that they are located at 55th floor of an admin skyscaper where they leased one floor with just 10 rooms. That explains why nobody recognised the new hotel in such location.
It's still under construction, so there will be super noisy during working hours. Don't recommend it, there are better options in Moscow city eg Novotel
Very nice view!!!! The best hotel in moscow!! Near to expocenter.
Not have a free small breakfast. That's
just for fair exhibition, not good in winter snow -
not direct access, in its in office building, its boutique with just 10 room hotel not full facilities as is required, in regular hotel
Everything was nice..Girls from reception like angels. hope again to stay in that hotel.
As it was first day of new hotel some services need improve. Also inform in first floor reception and staff about new hotel. It was funny to inform in lobby reception people that here should be a hotel ))
