Very kind stuff, clean and good location.
Breakfast could be a bit better.
Staff were excellent but the general problem is that no one has any idea that people are tourists. When we get to a destination and have already researched things that would interest a tourist, staff have no idea what is around the corner unless it is a statue. Providing good tourist information would likely have people staying longer because there are interesting things to see and do. Many statues are the same across the country and, although interesting, when you have seen 10 of Lenin, maybe he is getting too common. What else is interesting? What do local people do?
The hotel staff were welcoming and the room was very clean. We had booked for two nights but a last minute change of plans mean we had to stay only one night. There were no problems changing this on arrival.
The top floor room had a skylight. Maybe we didn't know how to work it but it meant the room was fully bright early in the morning and it was difficult to sleep in.
I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, nice room with view of the cathedral and great location
Unfortunately we ran into a dishonest cabby on the way to the hotel. Fortunately for us Mariya came out of the hotel to help us talk to the cabby.
Location, everything really
Easy to find ,staff are friendly ,helpful , quite
The staff went the extra mile on our last day and helped us get our breakfast packed for take-away, after we missed breakfast due to our hasty check out. The staff were able to speak English and were both helpful and gorgeous :) Hotel was quiet and we got a good night's sleep!
Not a major issue, but you'll most likely need to take a cab at night to get to entertainment. Its the price you pay for a nice quiet hotel. But would stay there again!
All was ok, as in previous two staying here.
Room on 5th floor was without opening windows, so I felt that there were less air, then it needed for comfortable staying, but at night I felt cold
Staff, especially Yulia. I haven't seen such smile in Russia for a long time. It was second stay in this hotel and I'choose it next time I will be at Irkutsk.
Night staff made wake up call with 25 minutes delay.
