Being near city center only
No facilities Not a stars standard hotel that u expect from the interContinental name
Location is very good
Poor food quality and in room services
Great location, nice interior. As we came just married, were upgraded to a better room. Financial questions were solved perfectly without unneccessary reservations on a credit card. Nice view on the upper stores. Silence. Free mini-bar.
Moscow is an expensive city, but comparing to some other European 5 stars hotels, this one could be better. There was a misunderstanding at night as our room wasn't cleared up. Seems we've left "do not disturb" sign under the door, but i've warned a hostess in the morning, that we leave after 12 and room will be free. Problem was solved but with some nerves. And initially, there was dust on tables, under the bed.
Bed was excellent and very clean
Business centre staff no where to be found for 15 mins
The hotel has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. All the staff without exception were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much to ensure our stay was so pleasant. The food was excellent and comprised a mixture of Russian and Western dishes. Breakfast in the Club Lounge was very pleasant and relaxing. The Guest Relations Manager provided invaluable advice and assistance to help us negotiate our way around the tourist areas of Moscow and the Metro. His ability to secure us tickets for Swan Lake at the Bolshoi at a sensible price a fitting finale to our stay.
During four days I can honestly say there was NOTHING to dislike about this hotel and its team.
Everything was just perfect, located in the city centre
Very comfortable, very central Decent breakfast 2 mins walk to metro
Good spa/fitness shame there's no pool Limited dining options
would definitely recommend it to anyone. Good rooms, good food, good price.
Could find no faults
Great place, great location, great service. A slow complimentary wi-fi is the only irritation I can name. Check the spa - it's terrific!
There is nothing to dislike, really. The hotel is pricey, but this is expected when you book a five-star one.
Nothing comes to mind
This is my fourth visit.Everything is great.Good SPA
poor room service
Location and hotel rooms are very good. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Rooms are a little cold. Hotel heating is not efficient or Russian weather are very cold. :) Also, if you are find to the opening or part of the drink beverages in the mini bar. Don't be suprised. İt is normal. :) But despite everything, I would recommend the hotel.
GYM AND SPA IS GREAT,
COULD DO WITH A POOL
Location is excellent - a short walk to Red Square and Kremlin. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Location.overall design.Nice bed
Very good new hotel in centre of Moscow. 5 minutes walk to arbat or Red square.
Everything is new and good location
Restaurant was opened just for breakfast. Only few russian dishes on the menu. Very expensive coffee with average quality in the hotel and all Moskau-10-12 dollars.
The do not have a bellboy on the door aware of the guest arrival.
Very attentive staff, always peasant and happy to help. Bedrooms are very nice and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever experienced! Would highly recommend.
Staff, room, beds, location.
Static assortment for breakfast. Some variation is welcome, especially for the guests staying several days.
Excellent Hotel Extremely clean Rooms immaculate Staff very friendly Awesome bathrooms Most comfortable beds Excellent Linen.
Everything was perfect, we will definitely come again!
Just one performance was not very positive: value for breakfast was not ok.
The rooms are first class!!!
The noise all around (Traffic)
