Friendly staff. The hotel has no air conditioner. We stayed at the Iset in mid August. Temperature inside the room (36 celsius) was far higher than outside (24 celsius). The toilet had a bad smell. The mattresses were old and soft. The elevator looked old and unsafe. In a few words: it's an old hotel with barely any investments. My couple and I felt deceived.

Nice location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Air condition is very noisy and not effective. Rooms are facing a busy street and it is very noisy with open windows. At 6am system is not ready for giving an invoice with full stay (last night not yet counted) though I actually paid a full amount an evening before.

The hotel located in the center ot the city. My iPad was unable to connect to wifi, because the wifi access not iPad friendly. There's no air conditioner in the room, the weather was so hot during my visit. So I have very hot night.

Расположение прекрасное, удобно добраться до всего. Хорошие завтраки. Горячая вода была утром и днем, вечером еле еле теплая и ночью совсем холодная.

Очень хорошие завтраки, ежедневная смена туалетного белья, чистота. Очень тесный номер и маленький телевизор. В номере душно.

местоположение. практически центр города. хотя можно и поцентральнее найти,но дороже. завтрак вполне себе. есть кофе-машина, из нее и какаву можно выжать. суперский винный магазин рядом со входом. Woodford Reserve в москве не часто встретишь, а там есть. и сидр английский. 1. трамваи под окнами. в 6 утра (а по-московскому - в 4!!!) - прямо под ухом "бряк", "дзынь-дзынь", "бух", "би-би" и "дыдыщщщч". пластиковые окна дешевые, звукоизоляция плохая. просите номер повыше и окнами не на ленина. 2. Такси отеля дорогое. На Химмаш - 560 рублей. Офигели совсем. Заказывайте сами. 3. В кафе "Уральские пельмени" НЕ берите пельмени - съедобные, но невкусные. Остальное можно. Но есть в городе где поесть и поинтереснее. 4. Но наверное это главное: цена за простенький сингл - 3300 рублей! Они оxpенели совсем, это ж не Нью-Йорк. Вообще Катер становится непригодным для жизни, как и Москва.

полный савок! первонал хамоват, особенно на ресепшен. лифт разваливается, страшно ездить. горячей воды не было в номере 2 дня.завтрак очень скудный.

Отель очень удачно расположен относительно центра города, важнейших достопримечательностей, железнодорожного вокзала и даже единственной в Екатеринбурге линии метро. Все номера выходят на пересечение улицы Луначарского и проспекта Ленина, однако городской шум практически не ощущается - произведён качественный евроремонт. В номере есть всё необходимое для кратковременного пребывания. Очень уютный зал для завтраков на 2 этаже. После пребывания в отеле можно получить бонусную карту группы компаний USTA для экономии средств при последующем пребывании в этом отеле, некоторых других отелях Екатеринбурга и посещения отдельных местных ресторанов. Не до конца решена проблема звукоизоляции между номерами. Периодически не работает основной лифт, что для 10-этажного здания в центре города по меньшей мере странно. В этом случае по совету персонала пришлось воспользоваться служебным лифтом со 2 этажа другой стороны здания, что было весьма неудобно. В то же время, используя служебный лифт, можно увидеть, каким был отель в советское время, - служебная лестница и соответствующие помещения не реконструировались.
