Breakfast was Russian style, not bad but to eat chicken and fish is not my style.
We didn't like the night club.
Location and price
Long ques for information desk every time, big white backdrop behind bed.
- Right next to a metro station. - Good price - Free wifi
- Could not get my Boarding Card printed - the printer did not work at the Concierge - Expensive breakfast
Extremely expensive breakfast
Great location near to metro.
Food is of low quality. Great assortiment, but nothing to eat.
very bad Wi Fi on the upper floors
Staff not speak in English !!!
the room was big, breakfast was good and internet connection was working well.
the room / bathroom was not clean (dark hairs everywhere, not from me).
Location is really good
Rooms are small , not like on photos. Air con / heaters units are not working . At 3 am receiving phone calls from reception offering local prostitutes service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNBELIVABLE
Great breakfast with live music, I loved that, big choice, everything fresh, good wifi connection
Very old and uncomfortable mattress
Quiet, good infrastructure around, perfect connection to public transport
Breakfast looked fantastic, did not taste as good…but was ok. The rooms quite clean
We have never had as horrible beds as on this hotel, not even at hostels or b&b. We have travelled quite much but this was the worst. The rooms were old fashioned, no tea sets etc.etc. Service in the lobby could have been better.
it was close to a metro station it was close to the outdoor souvenier market it close to a very good japanese restaurant the junior staff were good and friendly
staff at the desk - management - did'nt understand the concept of customer care i asked for breakfast to be included in the price - but it was'nt the leisure facilities as noted were in the next hotel - a five minute walk, but when I got there i was asked to pay for the use of the facility at 500 roubles per hour - so misleading information within the brochure ! the hotel was well worn and shabby - not four star by eurpean standards
into the bedroom...we start discuting... the security told me if you don't like our russian soviet rules gow back to your country or to Ukraine..eception, lines waiting.. security rude .. russians don't believe in customer service....i was walking into my room with one friend and the security guy start asking for passport .. i said she has id's visas , however but no passport together The security start yelling at me: if you guys don't like our russian rules you and Obama ow back to your country or to Ukraine.. ya, and i was 150 us a night to stay there.
Price Location Comfort
Don't have toothbrush and toothpaste
+ Price/night + Location
- No more free parking for guests - Room is not completely ready for use: only one toothbrush for couple, no shoehorn, no bathrobe... - Small room, small bed (double bed requested) - A bit calm
Good quality hotel with fantastic staff
The huge change in price depending on which day you stay
Friendly staff, even when handling a busload of new guests. Right next to: Metro station, Izmailovo park, supermarket.
A bit outside, but there's the Metro. Noisy - but that's Moscow...
Very near to metro.. Available at a good price..
Small room, no toiletries kept in room
Overall fairly good in all aspects.
You need contact staff on your floor to keep key of room all the time but the staff is not there all the time just like in G/F counter.
its close to metro station.
far from city center ( it takes more then 30 min to get in city center ). Rooms are the same as they were in Year 2006.
I have stayed in this hotel several times The quality and standard is very good for Moscow - you really get the best for this price
you can no longer smoke in the room - you need to go outside and there are no ash trays outside - this is a detail but irritating
