Booked a deluxe room and was given a standard room. Complained and was changed to a slightly better room. Hotel was maybe 30% full in May holiday period. Whole area is crawling with criminals. Do not go to the nearby leisure attractions and parks. Dangerous! Unsuccessful attempt to steal my wallet right outside hotel. Cannot possibly recommend this place to foreign tourists.

It was the best hotel i've ever seen in Russia.The rooms are clean and staff is friendly.What else do you need to spend good weekend whith your girlfriend.=)

Than the equally star hotel with China , the price is too high!

Very nice hotel. Staff speaks english , keep our bags for six hours free, room was suitable with own bath , very valuable for money. Metro station is very very near and the blue line is very well communicated, like 10 mins to Moscow center.

As I was checking in, I became a witness to the fist fight right in the checking line and had to break up the fight, as security wasn't there. On a later occasion, a friend of mine was harassed by security guard when she was trying to come up to my floor. All in all, the hotel does NOT deserve to carry the name Best Western.

Even though it was confirmed previously, my request for the third bad was denied. We`had to book a second room.

The Hotel and Staff are Fantastic, most of the staff speak English so you can get by , the buffet breakfast , lunch and supper are a little expensive but a good choice and tasty food , there are a few shops in the area you can buy products at but shop in each of the shops as they are all priced different, the Metro ( Subway ) is close to the hotel and that is the only way to get around in Moscow,( Get a map of the metro and don't get lost ), Had a great time and will recommend this Hotel and Moscow to anyone, Happy Travels

I found Moscow to be a Little expensive so shop around , and be careful as it is easy to get lost , Get a street map and a metro map

Ipad of mine could not catch Wi Fi hot spot. 3G was also unavailable. Outside the hotel everything was ok.

Kind and friendly staff, also they speak english quite good..the hotel ia closed with metro station so it will be good if we would like to go to moscow centre.

Old style hotel...very small room for standard room n quite expensive..the most stranged is sometimes the tv or ac is turn on by them self while I was sleeping.

The Best Western Vega was a very positive surprise. I was a bit scared if the low price for this hotel in Moscow would result in a lower quality, but everything was nice and is in line with their description of the hotel. Room on 16th floor was completely new and modern refurbished, the bathroom was very nice and the room size is also OK. I choose this hotel as I stayed downtown the last times and I was looking for a jogging/running opportunity. The park next to the hotel is very nice to do so. The metro is literary in front of the hotel. I had dinner in the right top corner, a regular bkfst and both were good in quality & choice.

The metro is very close, which is very good as you can't do really anything in the area, there just 4 hotels, the park and the Izmailovo Kremlin.

the metro stain was without elevator. Not easy to climb with luggage.

The decor, the staff, the facilities, the room was nice and the location was perfect.

I made a request to check in early but the staff didn't seem to care about that. When I made my booking, I specifically requested an early check in. I arrived at 9am and had to wait for four hours. My room was also very cold.

It is far but very close to the tube. There are many restaurants near the Hotel. Italian restaurant is good and many chickens around.

They put us in a smoking floor because they have no room with double bedroom. The bathroom was dirty but room was clean. The bed is too hard as you can read but I love hard bed and but the bed is really too hard that my girlfriend had red backspine. You have to pay at the check in (never happened to me before) and you need to show your reservation every time you go in to the elevator. The place is close to the station but definetely is not a 4 stars!

1-the hotel has a shopping center atmosphere to be frank. you don't feel yourself in somewhat a "private" area. 2-bed was not comfortable enough for a 4 star hotel.
