Very friendly staff, fast wifi in room, near from city-centre, well price. No minibar and any foods in room.

The staff were all patient and helpful as language was a barrier.the food was simple but always very tasty and authentic.more like your mum makes for you rather than overpriced usual hotel food.the room was clean and functional.good shower . The location is a bit grim.when first arriving i thought the taxi had got it wrong.however once welcomed warmly by the delightful suzhan.all fears are blown away.

В номерах чисто и уютно. Даже обувь есть чем почистить. Отвратительный ресторан в отеле - к меню прибавляйте 10% - официанты берут столько себе на чай вас не уведомляя. Вечером обслуживание настолько ужасное что, мне пришлось дважды повторять свой заказ в течении 40 минут, в итоге того что я просил не оказалось.

отличный вариант для семейного отдыха или отдыха с друзьями, в центре города, удобно добираться отовсюду и куда угодно. отель чистый. все принадлежности есть, уборка хорошая. спать удобно. есть какой-то телевизор с приличным набором каналов и достойный беспроводной интернет. отель как будто советский. завтракать там не стоит (глазунья с сосисками или каша - скудный ассортимент, дешево и сердито).

Только отношение персонала 1) На 4м этаже в душе из поддона не уходила вода. Переселили в другой номер, там душ вообще сломан был. Причем дозатор расположен так, что смотрит сразу на дверь, не поворачивается. Таким образом душ нельзя просто включить и уйти ждать нагрева воды (она же сразу не нагреется). Получается, что нужно будет стоять внутри и ждать, пока нагреется вода. Пришлось переселиться на другой этаж в номер выше класса.

Отель после свежего ремонта. Дёшево, но качественно. В ресторанчике при отеле отсутствует разливное пиво. Меню более, чем скромное.

Достаточно тихо, чисто, быстро обслуживают. Кафе при отеле готовит не очень... кроме каши, наверное. Wi-fi в номере не было, только в лобби или в коридоре.

тишина номер люкс не соответствует своему названию, обшарпанная мебель и полы,белье в пятнах, постоянно неприятный запах в комнатах, который даже пропитывает одежду. Очень бедно.
