If you don't feel like going out in the evening, local restaurant is not really great Service still somewhat stuck in the past (e.g. I had to pay cash for laundry, because they were not able to use their usual company for that), but this was really minor

I loved the hotel. It is very modern and very central to the "must see" areas of Moscow. The girls at reception are charming and go the extra distance to help. Good English. Rooms are a good size and we had one with a super view of the (frozen) river. Very little traffic noise at night so a peaceful sleep. Free Wifi and a GUEST LAUNDRY!! Hallelullah for travelers! Thank you for a great stay.

I thought it was expensive but ALL Moscow hotels are expensive.

Hotel location is wonderful 5-10 mins walk to red square, rooms are very clean and high quality. You really get the value of your money.

The breakfast can be enriched a little.

-The hotel is located in front of Moscow river and it has a good nice view of Kremlin. -10min distance to red square. - The room was comfortable and spacious - Good room condition, quite modern - Receptionists very helpful - The room temperature was properly adjusted for keeping the room warm without overheating it during winter. - The staff has a good English.

We like our staying in the hotel! view from the window and location are really nice - it is very central and at the same time quiet, it is definitely clean as well.

it is absolutely trifle, but when you take lux and you need to pay extra for toothpaste - it is funny. :)

The room was big and breakfast was ok. Another facility was the restaurant in the hotel building. The location is very good. The red square ist quite near the hotel. You can also see a part of it from the hotel.

The staff is very, very unhelpfull, cranky and they don´t speak english very well - very unprofessional people. Just terrible! The extra bed was impossible to sleep on. After a lot of requests they changed the bed, but with bad will.....it was very difficult.. I don´t recommend this hotel.

The hotel is next to center, nice environment. Modern style but very simple. Hotel offers good variety for breakfast. Staff was nice and friendly. Room is clean and newly furnished. Basically if you dont consider overprice I would reccomend this hotel

Price is a but over the quality, but considering Moscow prices is ok.

Clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and well designed. It is a small hotel, but has everything needed by a business traveller.

The wifi connection is not very good and it is difficult at times to get a good signal in the room. No money changing facility - which I would expect as essential.

The room was nice. Clean, not too small, modern design. The Kremlin is a 20 minute walk. Across the canal, there is a nice park, and tons of tour buses stop there, including the hop on hop off bus, which is a great option to get familiar with the city.

On Friday and Saturday they had weddings at the restaurant on the first floor, and it was really loud in my room (on the third floor) until about 11pm (I can't imagine what it was like on the 1st floor). There is very little around the hotel itself. Grocery stores, convenience stores, pharmacies, casual eateries are all around the metro station - about a 15 minute walk - and even then, it's not so much.

The hotel only has a limited number of rooms therefore is a lot quieter and discreet. It's a stylish place with some very nice finishes to the rooms, they're large with ample room and facilities plus very clean. The hotel location is an easy 10min walk across the bridges to Red Square and the Kremlin, far away enough from the hustle and bustle. I'd highly recommend if you're after a 'less bigger' place to stay plus it's a relatively new fit out hence the clean lines and large rooms. Excellent value for money.

Superb location. Good breakfast. Perfect for all sights. Everywhere walkable and a metro stop nearby in case you are feeling lazy! Staff friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was great just a few steps away from the Red Sq. Also one could reach the south side of the river by foot. Rooms were fair large enough and well-equipped with the necessities. The building was totally renovated and looked quite new. The staff was friendly.

The staff in the restaurant could not speak English so it was very difficult to communicate. They closed the restaurants for two consecutive nights because of special events so if you would like to stay at the hotel, you could just have to use the room service. Totally service in all facilities of the hotel was just fair, but even better than many restaurants and cafes in Moscow.
