Very nice boutique hotel in excellent location. Delicious breakfast

Size of the room.

No early 20th century ambience anywhere in this hotel. Very basic room with no decorative taste. Hardly a 3 stars hotel. Unfriendly stuff and basic breakfast. The most embarrasing part though is that they take commissions for everything: taxis, the so called 'registration' etc etc...

I have stayed many times in this hotel. I am always very satisfied. Good location, nice room, good breakfast and friendly and helpfull staff.

I would like to thank the friendly hotel staff and management for doing a great job! It was the best value for money hotel I have ever stayed in. I had a standard single room and I was not expecting to have such a comfortable, nice and clean room. I would definitely recommend it to other people!!! I was in St. Petersburg on a business trip and all my meetings were in the central part of the city, as well as the Workshop I took part in. The location is very good, just 10-15 mins away on foot from Nevsky Prospect and metro stations. I had a very warm welcome as soon as I arrived and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was always clean and very warm too. The hotel also offers interior rooms, however due to our budget I had to opt for a standard room, but I was happy with it. I also once had a dinner in the restaurant of the hotel and the food was really good too, prices are quite reasonable too. Well done and keep up the good work!!!

The only comment I would like to make is about WiFi connection. As my room was at the very end of the long corridor, the signal was not very strong in some parts of the room, however I could still use the Internet after I found out where it works best.

Staff were welcoming & it was well kept & had a free access to Internet via pc in entrance hall which was very useful indeed & appreciated.

This was my first visit to Russia & I did not think that it was a truly 4* hotel.

The staff was really kind and helpful. The rooms are quite comfortable, very clean and the breakfast was good.

The breakfast was good, with lots of different food to choose from. There was a good wifi connection. There was a good security.

The service attitude of personnel. The moskytos were in the room. The water was falling in the bathroom. The taxi was offered at the 2x higher price than normal. The personnel took the payment for our registration in the hotel, even though this was not necessary, as our stay in Russia was not more than 7 days.

Very poor breakfast, away from downtown, all the extras charge very expensive. Certainly not worth the price.

Not far from the city center.

Good and friendly staff who is willing to offer help and assistance. Good English of the staff. Overall specking, good staff and able to communicate well in English and provide information for visit.

Have to walk long distance to the main street and far from the sight seeing points.

Very friendly and helpfull staff; clean and silent room, good location, good value for money.

The location was good for me, no more than a 10 minute walk to two different metro stations. The Hotel was not as elaborate as made out to appear in the site. It was simple, basic but the breakfast was good, the staff were helpful, especially the girls at reception.
