Karamazov Hotel  

I have stayed many times in this hotel. I am always very satisfied. Good location, nice room, good breakfast and friendly and helpfull staff.

I would like to thank the friendly hotel staff and management for doing a great job! It was the best value for money hotel I have ever stayed in. I had a standard single room and I was not expecting to have such a comfortable, nice and clean room. I would definitely recommend it to other people!!! I was in St. Petersburg on a business trip and all my meetings were in the central part of the city, as well as the Workshop I took part in. The location is very good, just 10-15 mins away on foot from Nevsky Prospect and metro stations. I had a very warm welcome as soon as I arrived and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was always clean and very warm too. The hotel also offers interior rooms, however due to our budget I had to opt for a standard room, but I was happy with it. I also once had a dinner in the restaurant of the hotel and the food was really good too, prices are quite reasonable too. Well done and keep up the good work!!!

The only comment I would like to make is about WiFi connection. As my room was at the very end of the long corridor, the signal was not very strong in some parts of the room, however I could still use the Internet after I found out where it works best.

Very tasty breakfast ! the best I eated in all hotel in st petersburg (real french croissants, crep in the jam or in the chocolate, russian specialities etc ...)

They asked me 150 roubles in more for booking price for passport registration ! I explained that I should not have fees in more as written on your web site.

Very good value for money, conveniently located, excellent breakfast.

If you have to go to the airport, you'd better take a taxi on the street than asking the hotel for a transfer (500 roubles in the first cas / 1500 roubles).

Excellent location, Close to metro station, Nevsky prospect, shopping, sightseeing , etc. Extremely quick answer to emails and good visa support.

The sound isolation was a bit poor, e.g we could hear the toilet flush from the guest on the floor above us. There was no safe box in the hotel room. Only one in the reception where you had to pay for each day you used it. There were 2 extra pillows in our (double)room but you had to pay extra to get extra blankets which is a bit odd in my opinion.

If you enjoy walking the Karamazov Hotel is a good choice as hotels in St. Petersburg are expensive. The standard room we booked was clean and sparsely funrnished, with a double bed that was comfortable. The staff are friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Breakfast was good with an adequate choice of food. As not many people speak English it is a good idea to book a transfer to the hotel.

The location was good for me, no more than a 10 minute walk to two different metro stations. The Hotel was not as elaborate as made out to appear in the site. It was simple, basic but the breakfast was good, the staff were helpful, especially the girls at reception.

отдыхали с мужем на майские праздники. все очень понравилось, порадовала охраняемая парковка рядом с отелем. завтрак - вполне удовлетворителен (чай, кофе, фрукты, омлет, штрудель, круасаны, сыры, колбасы), в общем, вполне достаточно чтобы покушать и отправиться осматривать красоты города. к уборке пренетзий никаких. на ресепшене работает очень отзывчивый персонал, всегда подскажут, помогут. удобное месторасположение, до невского пешком не торопясь - не больше 15 минут.

Отель действительно удобно находится в центре города. От вокзала минут 10 бодрым шагом если знать куда идти. Питание так себе, но для отеля и за эти деньги очень даже прилично. Персонал очень удобно незаметен, но внимателен. Оооочень тихо, ощущение что почти в частном доме живешь, не считая канализации.Wi-Fi приличный, шустрый, без проблем. Отличный завтрак.

Обычный номер, почти каморка. Совсем маленький. Ремонт наполовину совдеповский, вода на первом этаже еле сочится из крана, канализация тарахтит как авианосец на взлете, если соседи решат ей воспользоваться посреди ночи, прощай сон. Халатов, тапочек и иных приятных мелочей нет и в помине, только мыло. такси на ресепшине стоит космос, цена фиксирована едешь 5 минут или час нет разницы.
