nothing - awful breakfast around 8 a.m. wasn't something to eat and staff didn't add anything, explanation "many people" were on breakfast - not clean hotel - it should be 4 star hotel. In my opiniom makximum 2 star.

We had stayed only one day instead of four, as had bad service (bad english speaker)and awful breakfast .After that the hotel didn't want to do refund. Still they have money for six days.

Rooms are clean, linen is good. Reception staff are helpful. Breakfast is terrible - worse than prison food and the service in the bar and restaurant is appalling. Lazy, unhelpful, staff (and lots of them) who can't speak English and have no concept of customer service. I asked for a sandwich in the lobby and the barman who spent 55 minutes out of every hour watching TV, wouldn't get it for me. Told me to go get it myself.

Excellent value for money, small but nice room with Wifi, everything that is required for a business trip with budget constarints A bit far away from the nearest subway station ("Polezhaevskaya", about 20 mins. to walk)

Our room appeared to be clean, warm and comfortable. The breakfast is great, personnel're nice people. We had a good time, thanks! The shower in our room needs to get fixed - the water fountains out of differrent unexpected points, which makes bathing not so pleasant. More interesting channels on TV would be great!!!

warm blanket cold room, bathroom not as at the picturs, no toothpaste in bathroom, dirty bathroom in general. Asked one big bed, you gave 2 small beds placed together.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel looks new. The room was very clean. There are 24-hours facilities in the hotel. I doubt it is possible anywhere else in Moscow to get such room in such location for the offered price. The value for money is great. Closest metro station is 10-15 min walk or 2 bus stops away.

the hotel is good , but with bad location ,, they offer bus to expo , ONLY 1 way . many stops by metro then 2 by bus. if u have your car it is perfect , as it is 15-25 min to expo .. but taxi are expensive . the breakfast exactly the same the whole stay of 8 nights.
