Great hotel for the value and even more

Quiet place. Only 5 min. to metro. Kitchen good. Staff smiling and very friendly.

Bed very hard. Must ask for mattress. Exhaust ventilator in bathroom not working. It took 5 days to repair it!

Free minibar, cleanliness, helpful staff, great shower.

Location may be a problem for those who are less mobile or averse to using the metro.

The staff were very friendly and informative- English speaking and couldn't have done more to help. The hotel was clean and comfortable - the best of our whole Russian experience. Breakfast was superb- plenty of everything and great quality of fresh and dried fruits, variety of breads and yogurts and plenty of hot options too. It was a 20 minute travel on 1 metro to red square but worth it for the cleanliness band English speaking staff.

We stayed in the hotel for three nights, and had a lovely time.The hotel is very clean, staff friendly and helpful and speak good english.They have made our stay comfortable.In the morning for breakfast we had a good choice of foods, warm and cold.The free mini bar is great, the children really enjoyed that.We would come back to this hotel.

I liked the hotel the first time i stayed with my wife and had no hesitation in booking again,I was very happy with all aspects of the hotel.

I have stayed in assorted hotels in Russia ; but the rooms were tiny, infected with smoke smells and simply not a nice to sleep day or night. However Katerina Park lives up to it's name and is a delightful hotel to be in; day or night.

My bed was a lot harder this time and I found it like a plank to sleep on. I spoke to reception and they organised within 10 mins a softer mattress for me.

Comfortable clean room. Friendly staff and good breakfast and restaurant. Not centrally located but an easy one line metro trip will take you to Red Square in under 30 minutes. Non smoking (unusual in Russia).

Check in was a little slow - and we were the only people doing so ... might be a problem at busy times

The hotel is amazing. Although is not in the centre of Moscow, it's close to metro (where you can go to centre in 30 minutes) and to a shopping mall. It has a free minibar, with some snacks, juice and coke. The staff is very friendly. The wi-fi connection is very good. The breakfast is very good. The price(considering the fact that Moscow is a very expensive city) is good.

Reception and reservation people are adequate. Located not far from Yuzhnaya metro station.

This is maximum 3 stars hotel, too expensive for its quality of services. Rooms are clean, but bathroom is not very clean. No bathing accessories available for free. Furniture is cheap and old. Airconditioning is centralized and doesnt work during periods other than summer. The food at breakfast is not very fresh. The location is terribly depressing and look scary at night.

The hotel staff is friendly, professional, young! The hotel is clean, great breakfast!

Close to Metro

The so called daily refill of the minibar is a jocke, as a traveler in Russia I experienced the real meaning of a free minbar. In order that the guests get not annoyed they should not mention it. The little stuff they offer its not worth to mention it.

I liked the location of the hotel. It is located in a quite area and between two underground stations that are a few minutes of walk from the hotel.

The view from our room 207 was to some industrial facilities. The bathroom was not enough heated and the hot water pressure was low.

Katerina Park reception staff EXCEPTIONAL! Including the language barrier.........there wasn't one! Also the Moscow Metro made travelling to various sites very easy.

Apart from the language problem outside the hotel - which was to be expected - nothing, it was all good.

If you (as myself) are lucky enough to get this hotel at a special price from Booking.com, then it represents absolutely unbeatable value for money. In any case, it is excellent hotel with so many bonuses that I have never seen in any other hotel (see other customer's reviews for the details regarding the bonuses). Particularly, I would like to mention the rather unusial for Russia excellent and professional service. Thank you, guys, I will be happy to come back and meet you again.

The location is far away from the center. Since the hotel is located close by the metro station, it is not a real problem in terms of Moscow. But, if you used to have a rest in the afternoon, forget about it. This hotel and Moscow in general is not good place for such habit.
