The central location of the hotel and the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff.

I specifically wrote to the hotel to ask them whether we could check in at 9.00 am and received no answer. Central position for historical sight seeing, in the Admiralty building and just by the Hermitage. Very helpful, kind staff.

Not for those seeking luxury - basic but adequate.

Fantastiskt centralt läge, vänlig hjälpsam engelsktalande personal. Rent fräscht rum med Ikea möbler och CATV; dock ont om engelskspråkiga kanaler. Vi hade bra säng och skönt klimat i rummet och upplevde inga störande ljud utifrån under vår vistelse i slutet av maj 2009.

Något trångt, men fullt funktionellt med garderober och byrå för kläder. Dålig ventilation i den fina duschen men inga mögelproblem (än). Något lyhört då man hör ljud in i rummet från det lilla frukostrummet som klarar 2 gäster åt gången; vi åt dock egen frukost på rummet.

Hotel se nachází přímo v centru, výborná dostupnost k památkám, pokeje jsou menší ale čisté a útulné. Personál byl velice ochotný.
