Fantastiskt centralt läge, vänlig hjälpsam engelsktalande personal. Rent fräscht rum med Ikea möbler och CATV; dock ont om engelskspråkiga kanaler. Vi hade bra säng och skönt klimat i rummet och upplevde inga störande ljud utifrån under vår vistelse i slutet av maj 2009. Något trångt, men fullt funktionellt med garderober och byrå för kläder. Dålig ventilation i den fina duschen men inga mögelproblem (än). Något lyhört då man hör ljud in i rummet från det lilla frukostrummet som klarar 2 gäster åt gången; vi åt dock egen frukost på rummet. |

The proximity to the various attractions. The toilet bowl was not washed during housekeeping. No toiletries provided. The proximity of the rooms caused noise to be heard by the guests easily. In fact, one guest picked a fight with us on the last day as we were checking out in the wee hours and it disturbed his sleep. This is the first time I experienced this. The dead silence of the night did not allow us to check out quietly even if we wanted to. |

I loved the excellent location of the hotel, room design and the overall value for money. It was very wet in the bathroom and there constantly was a bad smell. |

Hotel has a great location in the centre of the city, ideal for exploring the city by walk. The staff of the hotel was the only nice and warm people i saw in 5 days in Rusia. It is a very small hotel, it looks like a big flat. When i was staying in the hotel, it was almost empty, but when it is full, i think it could be wery noisy. Take the room as far is posible from the entrance. |

The proximity to the historic centre of the city and the nice woman who worked behind the desk. Although it was suggested that we could have a breakfast it wasn't entirely clear how we went about doing this. One of the receptionists - although really nice - didn't speak particularly good English. Then again, we didn't speak particularly good Russian, so it was probably our shortcoming. |

It's just a Guest Hotel, but very unformal, quiet, modern, clean and tidy. It's very (very) close to the Hermitage, and their staff can help you in booking everything you need such Hermitage guided tour, Peterhof tour, Marinsky Theatre ticket, Resto and so on and they're very kind |

1) the staff spoke good English. 2) Good location, right next to the Hermitage. 3) Rooms were fairly well furnished with new Ikea furniture 1) Install ventilation in the bathroom which was damp and smelt bad. 2) Put hairdryers in each room. 3) Let people check in earlier. I specifically wrote to the hotel to ask them whether we could check in at 9.00 am and received no answer. When we arrived the lady told us we could not check in until 14.00. 4) The last day of our trip was St. |

The staff were very helpful and easy to deal with. Overall I was very happy with my dealings with them and the room was very well made up and comfortable. The location is a little far from the closest metro stop. |

Siisti huone, erittäin hyvä sijainti, hiljainen (liikenteen melu ei juuri kuulu), sopii erinomaisesti yöpymispaikaksi niille, jotka eivät tarvitse oheispalveluita. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hinta-laatusuhde OK. Vastaanottovirkailijan englanninkielen taito voisi olla hiukan parempi. Helpottaisi venäjää osaamattomien kommunikointia. Virkailija oli kuitenkin ystävällinen ja innokas palvelemaan, joten lopputulos oli ainakin minulle ihan OK. |

Az elhelyezkedés első osztályú volt. A szoba mérete, állapota megfelelő volt. Törülközőt nem minden nap cseréltek. A recepción nem beszéltek angolul, vagy csak nagyon rosszul. Kértem számlát és nem kaptam. És nem tájékoztattak előre, hogy 500 rubelt kérnek minden vendégtől regisztrációs díjként, ezzel félrevezettek minket a booking.com-on is mert ott sem volt feltüntetve. |

Местоположение просто изумительное. Рядом Исакиевский собор, дворцовая площадь, Невский. До вокзала буквально 15 минут добираться. Хотелось бы русских телевизионных каналов + коврик сразу при входе в номер. |

Очень прятный и отзывчивый персонал! Место расположения- лучше просто не придумаешь.На набережной, возле Эрмитажа и Невского проспекта. Номер был чистый и уютный, почти вся мебель новая, в европейском стиле, что приятно. |

Sijainti on erinomainen. Myös hinta-laatusuhde on hyvä. Olo oli turvallinen. Syyskuun kylmällä loppupuolella ei vielä lämmitystä. Toisaalta tämä on käsittääkseni yleistä Pietarissa. |
