Location not too far from Domodedovo airport. All day breakfast.

Price of taxi to airport organised by hotel. Staff could not care less if you were happy or not - service in bar and restaurants slow and poor.

It was quiet pleasant stay at korston Hotel for 4 Nights and I enjoyed my stay very much with nice ambiance, very clean environment and friendly staff.

It was closer to the Vnukovo-3 than hotel we used in previous years. Anastasia that sent us our invitations for the hotel was a GREAT HELP and very pleasant to work with. It was a shame she was on vacation when we were there. The bellman were really nice and helpful. There was only one waitress at night that was nice to us. And we ate at the hotel every morning and night. There was a lady manager at night that would come and see about us while eating and that was only two nights.

The girl that check us in was not friendly you had on reservation two beds for two people sharing the room and No smoking. They had one bed two people we said No then she wanted to put us in a room with two beds smoking we said NO. Had to get management to approve upgrade which I do not fill it was an upgrade. Maybe what I fill was not an upgrade. I stay in the Korston last year and we always have two rooms with 3 people so I thought it would have been a really nice upgrade. When we stayed at the Golden Rings after the 2nd year we always got a really nice upgrade for one of our rooms. That's why you keep going back right. I'm in marketing so I know what people want to keep them coming back.

The free internet and international calls are a definete plus, aswell as the breakfast buffet through 5pm. Location is excellent if you need to be in the south-west sector of Moscow and/or are arriving via Vnukovo Airport.

The hotel is very good, good staff, very friendly. It's possible to sleep with the open window - not very noisy. Air conditioner, very good breakfast! Would stay there again!

The staff were very helpful when I checked in as i arrived very early and they let me have the room many hours earlier than other hotels would have done so.

Ednless automaticpiano playing in reception - it drives you barmy when you eat breakfast !!

Staff at reception sometimes have an attitude and can be abrupt to almost rude.

Reception staff need to be more receptive to staff.

The convenience of having almost everything in one place. The free long distance anywhere in the world is the attention getter ! I have never seen that before anywhere ! I will definitely stay Korston again in my next visit.

I notice that the hotel staff do not smile or greet the guests when they meet them at the lobby while walking by.... The hotel policy should be that the moment a hotel guest or visitor arrives and until departure, all the hotel staff, from security to support to attendants must make sure the visitors feel welcomed in the hotel. When tourists feel welcomed, they will come back again and again and stay at the same place, because they will feel at home and they will be more comfortable staying there when the staff is more friendly ! Thank you.

Hôtel trés vivant , animé , avec restauration variée , petit déjeuner-buffet de qualité et que l'on peut prendre jusqu'à 17h. Trés agréablement situé prés d'un parc et avec une superbe vue sur Moscou depuis les chambres .

Отсутствие шумоизоляции(свист в окнах, и из соседних номеров), правильного центрального отопления и вентиляции; посторонние, курящие, лица в лобби;презервативы в мини баре рядом с продуктами; не соответствие положения горячей и холодной воды в санузле(горячая справа); грязный и потертый ковролин в номере; неприветливый персонал.
