the hotel is at 200m from metro station, and my rooms was a nice size. i couldn't fine an hotel at 3000 roubles per night so close to the metro not to far from center town. the carpet was very durty, hairs... the fabric of the furniture was old and in bad condition. the staff not very helpfull, and the elevator is quiet noisy even 20m away from it.

Excellent location in front of tvv park and 2 min away from the Metro (1) No proper English speaking front desk (1 out of 4 was at a communicative level) (2) No proper English speaking INTRUSIVE security (3) Pseudo security sitting at the night cafe with 7 prostitutes who pays them bribes. So I was given a hard time returning my room for a "missing registration card" when they saw me coming out the elevator and the key "proves nothing" the prostitutes had no such a problem! (4) The size of the room (premium) was the smallest I ever got. If that is the premium what does the normal looks like? A c-class ship cabin? (5) Breakfast starts at 7 is very good for a business tourer, but end at 10 is a little too early (a hour too early) fir a city tourer in Moscow at this season, when sunshine is well past 8AM.

The location is good. As the hotel is huge, there are many guests which makes the lobby excellent spot for peoplewatching. Run-down and in need of refurbishment; breakfast served in a restaurant that was a total mess; hookers hanging in the lobby; most of the stuff in the room was broke or not working; ridiculous prices in most restaurants and bars... Should I go on?

First of all, the location is lousy; so far from downtown area. Secondly, the hotel is totally impersonal, austere, and cold. All of the restaurants in the hotel are overpriced for what you get. There is no free Wifi in the room. But worst of all, is the open flaunting of prostitution in the lobby in the evening.

There are also rooms for smokers. Rooms fornitures are very old. Rooms are noisy. Internet is working very badly (when it works...), and just in the public areas. Receptionists are very rude and not ready to help you, not even for the simplest problems.

Situation is pritty fine. It's about 400m from undeground (station VDNKH). Good view from deluxe rooms. Impolite staff (especially secutiry), not clean rooms (even Deluxe), poor facilities, lage turn on breakfast (it takes about 30 min to get some meal) and huge amount of prostitutes.

The hotel is cost effective, easy to find and close to the metro. The room service was very kind and flexible allowing me to finish my mail before leaving the room on my departure day. Internet access was poor, expensive and did not function as promised. The cards are available only during the business center opening hours.

Comparatively close to the city center. Elevators in the hotel are very fast. Breakfast until 10 o'clock, inter alia on Sundays. Very hard for Europeans who are used to different time zones. So would be nice if they were at leats till 11 o'clock. Dirty plates everywhere during the breakfast time.

I like location (close to metro), nice and comfortable lobby Bad things about this hotel was old room furniture (even in better - bussines accomodation), obsolete bathroom. But most awful was breakfast, too crowdy, staff does not clean tables (you cant seat anywhere), food is not prepared like to be (salami 4mm thick)...

Was close to the event I visited. Hotel Cosmos is anyway a special experience worth to visit it. Stayed in an old room, smelled the smoke of cigarettes from the last 30 years.
