Cosmos Hotel    

The room is not bad, no matter that it looks like from ussr still, but it's clean and basic. It's a pity they don't provide tea and coffee in the room and say "we don't offer!", but anyway, the location is good, so I will stay here again

The staff at reception is awful...they made check in and check out at lest 30 minutes, everybody is "busy, wait!. And also what is the problem to take us dollars? They ask just for rubles (russian currency). In short - try to contact with reception as less as you can, they don't really want to deal with you.

Internet access very bad in the room. Little bit better in the lobby. No business center and no way to print a single paper......

Good location - close to metro. A lot of shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, change office, etc. inside.

Slow check in, the mildew in bathroom.

The location of the hotel is very close to the metro station The design and the availability of different facilities (banks, western union, souvenirs shops...)

The waterpool and breakfast were not included in the price so you have to add 50% for each person to get access to the swimming pool and the breakfast

The room furnitures very very old and not clean and also very expensive even coffee. And the staff doesnt speak english very well, the reception is terribly slow....

Nice location, big size of the hotel, good size of the room, good and friendly stuff. It is a really good place to stay in Moscow. Not far from downtown. Almost heart of the Moscow City!

Design of reception area reminded me of Domodedovo airport, it looks good. Elevators work well. Room was clean, with good bathroom facilities, but my friend's bed wasn't very comfortable. I liked buffet breakfast.

It was difficult to charge our mobiles with only one socket available in the room.

The size of the hotel and number of restaurants and shops and sports plus nightclub gave all you need in one place

Desk staff refused a parcel I had sent for business with my name on the parcel without checking caused business meeting problem

You can not pay by credit card!!! You need to be there personally. I tried to pay for my guests, but just booked. Then I had to go there with my card. It is really not convenient

a very good view to see the museums, but if you are in other side, you will not see it.

because it is a too big hotel, so too many guests. the checking will keep you waiting for a long time ... and to make good security, they have the very seldom "hotel pass" which is "must be checked" to all guests to get into the room...not confortable, but seems Cosmos has no choice. The breakfast has good breads for me, but rest food are almost same everyday.

The location is good; a rich and good breakfast

The room was dirty, and the toilet didn't work. It is not the task of the traveller to know the magic of how to repair the toilet.

We had to stay in the hotel for a couple of days. It was a good choice, the price and location. The hotel is just 2 minutes walk from the Metro station, so my trip to the downtown in the morning took no more than 25 minutes. Also you can park your car on the streets anywhere outside of the hotel, because hotel parking is expensive. There's a plenty of free parking space, unlike in the city center. Our room was clean, with big window, opening a view to the Mira ave. And Ostankino tv tower. The room was nice and cozy, the bathroom was clean and nice too, although all the furniture was old and dusty and remained there from Soviet era. Breakfast was good, with pancakes and other tasty food.

Parking is unreasonably expensive, considering location of the hotel (almost 1/4 of our room price a day), and that it's just an open space on the hotel territory. Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby, and you have to buy a card to have it in the room (it's was almost 1/3 of the room price for 24 hours). Hotel staff was not very well mannered, although friendly.

Clean number with a very good bathroom. We had good sex here. :)

Bed wasn't too comfortable Reserved a double bed - as we are 2 women they gave us a twin room and no non-smoking doubles available. They weren't gay-unfriendly just simply had no clue what to do. No free wi-fi in the room and free wifi in the lobby was useless (up to 20 minutes to open a page)
