so bad personal , terrible security , breakfast too bad !
TAXI SERVICE PROVIDED WAS EXHORBITANT. WE HAD TO HIRE TAXI SERVICW FROM OUTSIDE.
There is a no wifi 14th floor.
Bathrooms shower and no Escalator to take come down
Close proximity to VDNKh exhibition halls.
The hotel is very outdated with old beds, furniture, decor, etc., and is much in need of a refurbishment. Check in takes a long time because there are never enough staff. Service is poor (1 hour 45 minute wait for food!) and yet the prices are high. Very poor value for money when compared with other alternatives in Moscow.
Very close to the VDNH. Many places where you can eat or just take a cup of coffee. Quite good fitness center, swimming pool, sauna.
It was so cold in the room!!! All facilities are very old. Some of them still in good condition, some are not. But it can be acceptable if not so cold in the room. Besides that smell of tobacco everywhere. I was need to change the room because of that. But smell is coming from the ventilation system and also from carpets. All the rest is good enough.
Close to park and Expo centre
Wi-Fi Poor state of decoration Long time to check in 2 hours wait from order for dinner to be served in restaurant
the pillows, and mattress if it was not for Alexander i could not do the things i want it in Moscow. Security. the coffee shops..
not having a buffet breakfast including on the price. It is a lot of money for a 3 stars 2.900 rub per night.
View from the room,Different options for restaurants within the hotel,Staff is very helpful,All atmospheres makes you feel happy and comfortable!!!!
Unable to use the swimming pool, sauna and others...due to unexpected maintenance which was not informed prior to make bookings.
It's a big hotel has different restaurants
The service is not good, in the reception people wasn't kind, and then didn't speak good english.
I like most things in the hotel
there's no transportation fm the hotel to any place and u have a problem with the taxi drivers
Location, facilities, restaurants, massage, money exchange service
so far need to enhance security staff hot temper, and train them to smile
- secure, only people with room booking can access rooms - restaurants, bars inside hotel - breakfast reasonable choice - rooms now modernised with a flavour from past
- entrance from ground floor which do not have lift working all the time to lobby, luggage may have to be carried up using stairs - reception seems to be busy all the time, so check in can take time - no bell boy or not at least visible
Good price, nice location, breakfast included, Wi-Fi
taxi very expensive from Concierge! no Smoking lounge inside the Hotel
The reception staff were very helpful with regard to directions. They even printed off a map to assist.
breakfast and location
wifi signal is too poor
On the one hand, the security staff are very vigilant to check persons attempting to access the hotel lift area to the room floors.
But on the other hand, the several prostitutes who use the bar restaurant as a waiting room, seem to have free access also to the lifts to the room floors.
i mean every thing was so bad that there was nothing to like about.yaaonly break fast was good spread.that was only nice about this hotel
for check in i had to wait for hour n half.if we talk about the room i think every thing was bad from bed to pillow.there were no tissue papers in the room.no water for drinking.i mean this hotel sucks
This is a massive skyscraper hotel out of the centre but just a Metro ride away, and opposite the fantastic VDNKh park and Space Museum. It's vast atrium reception, Soviet security and 70s-style rooms are retro-cool. Good value, too. It's not contemporary luxury- it's far more authentic than that!
Better internet and less noise at night timem. Internet barely worked.
Internet....no channels in english movies.
Bad customer services Very old furniture towlet and room style not like how i saw in booking images not comfortable bed at all Old style TV not Flat screen like what i saw image in booking
