The apartment has washing machine, oven, microware. You can cook by yourself. The address show it on the booking .com is only the address of office, in fact you need to call them for the exactly address, which is unconvenience to us. |

The appartment I lived in is located close to metro and right in the city center. I am quite satisfied with the service level and housing facilities. The flat was nice, in some kind of modern Russian style, which makes it much more exciting than living in a hotel. |

My apartments were well located nearby metro station and well kept, although a bit used. The personal is cheerful and adequate. Maps provided by Bookings.com point to company office instead of apartment you pay for. Le Tenant Apartment Service manages apartments in different areas, thus you do not really know which apartment you will get after the booking. The company staff admitted the problem and have promised to resolve it. |

Apartment inside was clean Very poor location. Advertisement misleading about location. Building and corridors not clean or well lit. Also did not accomodate 4 persons as advertised. |

The apartment was sparce, the entrance halls smelt of urine.This is truly basic accomodation. |

Je n'ai rien aimé dans cet établissement. Lors de reservation je menais une semaine de dialogue des sourdes pour leurs faire comprendre que nous souhaitons 2 appartements individuels, comme nous avons demandé lors de notre reservation, mais on m'a toujours proposé 1 appartement pour 2. J'été oubligé d'appeler pour faire comprendre mes exigences. 1 appartement a été correct, mais le 2ème inacseptab Absence de possibilité de restauration près de l'hôtel, absence d'internet, absence de service, l'appartement très sale, aucune possibilité de de consulter les photos de l'hôtel. |

Da dies ja ein Zimmer war, bin ich damit auch relativ zufrieden.Nur der Preis ist etwas zu viel, wobei man ja sagen muss das ist fast normal für Moskau. Das Zimmer ist gut für die Sommer Saison, jetzt im fast Herbst zieht es etwas arg durch die undichten Fenster und da die Moskauer Temperaturen schon frisch sind, wird es empfindlich kalt! |

C'est un meublé bien situé dans Moscou Confort rustique, matelas inconfortable, pas d'eau chaude. Manque d'information préalable de la part de la direction de "l'hôtel". Ces informations je les ai eu dans ma boîte mail à mon retour. Heureusement j'étais accompagné d'une personne Russe... |
