the apartment is conveniently located, very comfortable, clean

My wife is Russian,and I have lived for ten years in Moscow.We felt we were exactly at a Russian home in the apartment,with plenty of trees and greens all around.

Next time we shall ask for an aprtment closer to the center of Moscow,in Arbat,for instance.

Definitely not a 4 star. The location of the actual apartment we were given was different to what was shown in the map- you will not know the exact location until close to the date. We were looking for a Hotel and took an apartment - but there was no support staff like a reception or conceirge. The entrance was shockingly bad with stairs to climb with suitcases etc. Had no facility to keep baggage as we needed to check out and had a flight later in the evening. Not recommended

Everything was good, clean.

Kitchen was a little bit small. Bathroom and wc are combined. One of the beds was quite noisy and matrass was curved. Hard to guess from pictures what will be your particular apartments since they have several in one district and unified pool of photos

-organized transfer from the airport -possibility to pay with Uk debit card -fully equipped apartment (kitchen,washing machine) -one of the staff was already there to check us in. no delays -great email communication

-internet was working on and off to fix it may take time -maintenance person was visiting during our stay although we didnt ask for it we (would be better he will do his job between the guests stay) -you can never know what precisely apartment will be available (was hoping for Savelievkaya, ended up at Mayakovskaia) -worn put and dirty looking sofas -smell of smoke in the apartment

That blinds on windows were very basic/ not able to keep light out. Windows had very poor sound protection

The location of the apartment was great, very central. Also very clean, easy to contact the agency on the phone in case of questions, very punctual in all circumstances (pick up from the airport, keys etc).

Communicating in English, a bit problematic. The space was smaller than the expectable (nothing to do with the photos) We forget a small backpack (with two shirts, shoes and jeans, nothing so valuable) in the taxi agency that collaborates with LikeHome and they did NOT returned it to us. They said they found nothing, which is impossible.

Everything besides

Wi-Fi was unstable giving a lot of troubles while logging-in. Roaches. The apartment has not been cleaned during the weekend. The stairwell stunk with the cigarette smoke and pet's poop. The entrance door does not hold this smell from entering the rooms.

Our apartment’s location was excellent: short walking distance from "Metro" (subway station), not far by foot to the Red Square, Moscow Zoo, Planetarium and many other historic places; a few 24/7 shops and cafes; overall we felt secure; friendly personnel.

We booked the apartment for nine days. We were asked to sign a contract and were advised that the apartment will be cleaned regularly, and that bedding and towels will be changed every four days. No one showed up to do the cleaning during our stay and the bedding and towels were not exchanged. We inquired about that with Likehome personnel and were told that no services will be provided during holidays and apparently December 30 to January 14 is a national holiday and nobody works in Russia.

Good Location and reasonably spacious apartment for Moscow

Close to the tube. Clean, friendly.

Really comfortable, clean and likehome apartment with all equipments in the house. You can buy food and cook from the 24 hours supermarket nearby. The housekeeping service is excellent. Will choose likehome again.

The map sent from apartment is not so accurate. It indicates apartment located in the inside of the Residental area. But we found that which located beside the main street. We spent additional 15 mins under -19°on the snowy street to find it.

Place is not below average

Whatever you see in picture is not true!! In reality appartments are old soviet renovation, old furniture etc. Do not believe in pictures! One more important thing when you book apartment you never know exact location which they advise later by mail ( I.e. if you select the apartment from booking.com map still you can end up anywhere .....)

Nice and clean apartment. Great maid service. Basic but adequate.

The location indicated booking.com website its not correct, in fact is far away from the location advertised. The entrance and hall is awful, dirty and not well maintained.

Excelent location, apartment in very good state and helpfull staff.

You get a whole apartment with washing machine, ironing board, fridge, bath, shower, kitchen and close by to the centre of the city. Its clean, warm and non-smoking.

Finding the apartment was a major issue. The map they sent me did not show the correct location of the apartment. I found it difficult to understand the guy at the other end of the phone even though I appreciate him trying to speak English. Luckily I had a colleague that could help me otherwise I dont know what I would of done. There is no way to switch off the city run heating ... shame I had to open the window to sleep and let some fresh air in. I couldn't find an ironing board but they resolved this for me in a day.

Very comfortable, close to city center, quite.

For the regular hotel's price you stay in a appartments. With no constant walk through the hallway and etc. noice. Location is perfect. You can easy reach everything in city center. Assuming, if you decided to spend time alone or with your partner (girl/boy friend), if you travel a lot and can't stay in a hotels anymore and you want feel yourself like at home - this is the best joice!

I got used to have bathrobe in a room...there weren't any. And, also, I booked room with smoking option, but room was non-smoking. But this is a very minor and are not much important. Also, I would recommened add some flowers in appartments (even if they will be fake - plastic).

What a wonderful location on city heart treskaya-yamskaya. I could have preferred a location on main treskaya ulitsa Anytime i booked hotel with LIKE HOME,I am sure they will meet a certain criteria. Thank you to all staff at Like home and to the flat maid -does a wonderful work

A bit of confusion on my arrival time ,keys and handover was delayed ...kept me in the rain ..please improve on your time keeping next time
