прекрасный отель с прекрасным лобби баром =) бронировал номер через букинг ком, информация о моей брони в отель не пришла. Милые девушки на ресепшен предоставили мне номер по цене, указанной в подтверждении брони от букинг ком.

Хорошая кухня, особенно понравился завтрак - точно как в хороших азиатских отелях - с ван-танами, кимчи, мисо и проч. Ну все-таки Lotte - ведущий корейский отельный оператор. Сервис в целом неплохой, только карта room service откровенно разочаровала - очень маленький выбор блюд. По сравнению со средним уровнем московских отелей внутренняя отделка Lotte может показаться очень даже ничего. Но ему далеко, скажем до того же Swissotel (Красные Холмы). Все-таки не нужно забывать, что строили Lotte на корейские деньги, но российские строители. Поэтому если вы начинаете приглядываться, то это сразу заметно. Отделка очень и очень посредственная. Я бывал в Корее и видел тамошние отели Lotte - так это совсем другой уровень. Как я слышал, землю корейцам выделили с условием передачи стройки в проверенные руки близких московскому правительству строителей. Ну а откуда у них руки растут вы понимаете.

Most of the staffs are friendly. The room was clean and equiped with high- tech phone and air conditioning which were fun to use. The bath room was excellent with wide and clean bath and shower. Excellent location for shopping and walking around the city. The room price is a little expensive but if you can afford, I recommend this hotel. Over all service was good but the receptionists were not as friendly as other staffs, maybe because the receptionist was with a trainee but they should train them at different location, not at the reception, as this is a hotel that I expect excellent service, not an average service.
