The Rooms are well designed and very clean. The staff was friendly. The Bar menu has bad price/value - prices are @ level of RItz-Carlton or Baltschug but service and quality not the same. Taxi price (regular economy car) for a 5-7 minute ride in town was offered @ 2100 Roubles - where in other 5* hotels you would get a limousine for that money! |

Hotel decoration is very good. Room is spacious. Breakfast was very good. Location is nice, altough not necessarily close to the traditional touristic points. I would strongly recommend it and hope to come back soon. Not much of a view from the room. Hotel is a bit distant from metro. |

very helpful staff - 2 metro stations 10 - 15 minutes far from the hotel walking with easy and fast connection to Moscow Station and all the main stations of downtown with few stops - good staff also in the spa, nice swimming pool and other facilities - good breakfast with fruits, vegetables and fish |

Great rooms--FANTASTIC breakfast! Hotel staff spoke very good English. Shower half-glass doors--water always got everywhere. Gym needs television and to have towels both in gym and pool area. No towels readily available. Gym itself is so cramped--but at least there was a gym! |

Its first time i do travel in Moscow the last 10 years and found a hotel which really is 5* with normal prices. And the mosta amazing was not only the hospitality but a lot of details which never found in a hotel in many palces in the world! |

The hotel has a central location; a room was spacious, well-equipped, had a nice furniture. The service was quite poor. No soft drinks in a minibar (even we asked staff to fill it twice). The restaurant was closed one evening but the guests were not informed about it. When it was open again it had a very poor selection of alcohol. |

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und des Hotels waren ausgezeichnet /und ich bin sehr kritisch). Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer bat genügend Platz und Komfort. Die Lage ist, für rußische Verhältnisse, äußerst zentral - nur eine U-Bahnstation vom Roten Platz entfernt. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und wurde durchgehend bewacht. Einfach Perfekt immer wieder - einzig und alleine der Preis ist ziemlich hoch... aber es hat sich gelohnt! |

Спа, размер номеров, услуги отеля, место расположения (тихо, центр), парковка бесплатная. Починить все, что не работало у меня в номере (полотенцесушитель, телевидение на заказ, интернет по ТВ). Следить за состоянием мебели более тщательно. Неплохо бы было иметь полы с подгревом в ванной. |

en suite deluxe,grand chambre, tres confortable, literie impecable, cuisine equipée, des fruits, de l'eau changée tous les jours. produit accueil Ermenegildo Zegna, le journal russe en anglais tous les jour dans la chambre, très calme, central, parking exterieur gratuit. bref enfin un tres bon hotel a moscou et pas au prix du Ararat Hyatt le bar un peu triste, j'aurais aimé une douche separée de la baignoire pour un 5* enfin c'est vraiment pour trouver quelque chose de negatif |
