Great rooms--FANTASTIC breakfast! Hotel staff spoke very good English. Shower half-glass doors--water always got everywhere. Gym needs television and to have towels both in gym and pool area. No towels readily available. Gym itself is so cramped--but at least there was a gym! |

Its first time i do travel in Moscow the last 10 years and found a hotel which really is 5* with normal prices. And the mosta amazing was not only the hospitality but a lot of details which never found in a hotel in many palces in the world! |

The hotel has a central location; a room was spacious, well-equipped, had a nice furniture. The service was quite poor. No soft drinks in a minibar (even we asked staff to fill it twice). The restaurant was closed one evening but the guests were not informed about it. When it was open again it had a very poor selection of alcohol. |

Een heel mooi hotel, goed centraal in Moskou, met hele grote luxe design kamers. Ik had een kitchenette en een zithoekje op mijn kamer. Zeer ruim. Alles 5 sterren, zoals ook het ontbijt zeer uitgebreid was. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader ! |

El diseño de las habitaciones, cuidan de todo hasta el más mínimo detalle, en el bar, los baños, todo. El personal es muy bueno, muy atento y están disponibles para ayudarte con lo que sea. La verdad que lo único que me faltaba en la habitación es que no tubiera cepillo de dientes y pasta de dientes, como normalmente hay en otros. |
