Price - quality is fine , breakfast is basic, rooms are fine too Taxi service is far too expensive (50 - 60%) compared to usual official taxi companies - no bars - shops in the area - you need a taxi/car |

The fitness facilities together with the smaller more personal nature of the hotel which came through in a more personal service The beds were a bit small in length, I am 6ft 4 and typically never have this issue but found my feet continually hanging off the end don't experience this issue at other hotels |

Good service at the reception and above all at the restaurant, which was also tasteful Nothing, I was very satisfied. The only thing I suggest is to switch the music off at the restaurant... |

Nice small cosy hotel for the business traveller. Good service, friendly staff and tasty selection of meals at the restaurant. At the arrival the room was a bit chilly, but after turning on the battery the temperature increased quite soon. |

The service was good and staff very friendly and helpful. The room was small but cosy and clean. The bottles of toilet items like shampoo, shower gel etc are made from very hard plastic and it is basically impossible for a woman to sqeeze out the shampoo with one hand. Even with two hands it is hard. Iwould suggest you to change this soonest. Also the breakfast was same every day. Even if it is buffee type still the selection is not so big that I could have different breakfast every morning. Especially when staying for more than 1-2 night it is terrible. You should consider that even if it is buffee people normally eat some particular things . Average person has preferences and things that he/she doesnt eat. So it is normal that out if 10 food items I liked for example only 3 and I had to eat those 3 every day. |

I have stayed in many hotels around the world including Moscow I found the Mandarin Moscow Residence to be one of the best i have stayed in the staff were so helpful. clean room . the meals good value I will be staying there on all future visits to moscow. I would have liked a fridge in room maybe with a few bottles of water coke Etc it would have been more convenient but was no big deal |

Brand new, very clean hotel. Personnel is helpful and nice (which is rare in Moscow). Good food (except at breakfast) for a limited price. Location is not really convenient (10 mn walk from metro). Breakfast is poor. You need to be patient for Room service. |

It is quite hotel in the safe area. Entrance to the hotel is not comfortable (entarnce doors). Two doors one is leading to restaurant where u can go to reception, the other one goes to reception. It is bit complicated. |

very good price for moscow hotel with new clean rooms. reasonable pricing in the restaurant, slightly higher then in the analogues place in moscow centre but not that higher that force you to look for another place to eat. Convinient walk distance to 2 metro station of different lines. some engine were working inside the yard and made first night quite uncomfortable. Earplugs for the next nigth were very usefule and completely took away engine noise. Sometimes it is not 4-star: small choice for breakfeast, absence of slippers while floor is pretty cold. |

My publicity works, even despite crisis not beeing over, the hotel was some nights to 97% full and booket out. Breakfast time was over, but we could still get breakfast in our room at 11:30 hr. The flexibility of this hotel is surprising. Yes I will only go back to this hotel next time I travel to Moscow. The cover of the toilets is too weak and can break apart if you are a bit to heavy. My room 406 was executive room, but with no desk. A businessman needs a deks to work on. |

Substantial breakfasts, real flowers, corteous staff - made my stay at Mandarin very pleasant and comfortable. It is a bit far from metro, about 15-20 minutes walk so one should be prepared for that. |

The majority of the staff could speak basic English. Easy access to the metro and a shopping area. Helpful staff. I am used to coffee facilities in a room, this would be nice as well as an ironing board |

I have booked standard room, which I have found very small without even small desk to put the laptop. As there was some probleme with the light in the room, I have got another room (half lux) for the same price. |

Excellent staff - friendly and accomodating at all times. Food is very very good. Good for business and pleasure. Double rooms are spacious. One tube stop from the Red Square. So it takes no more than 25mins to get their by walk and metro. The always seem to run out of house red wine. Metro is 10 min walk. Ordering taxi can take a long time. |

You can sleep as long as you like and house keeping doesn't disturb you! Internet available for free. When we arrived they told us we had cancelled our booking, what was wrong. Fortunately they had a room left, so we hadn't to look for a different hotel. The hotel didn't send an official voucher for applying visa. |
