Only the bathroom was good.It is not far from the main interesting sites. We arrived late at night and nobody helped us with the luggage.Our roon was in the third story of the bullding but the elevator did not worked, so we had to carry our luggage up.They did not clean the room at all for 3 days we stayed there.Some of the stuff were unkind.Every time we opened the water there was a kind of snoring and noise. It is not 4 stars may be 2-3 stars. |

It is perfect place to spend the weekend in St Pt. with husband or with children. There are some interesting tours especialy for kids (visit to warship and doll's museum, aquapark). It is not center of city, but it is very cozy place, close to Neva river. The room was very comfortable and spacious ( for me was very nice the floor heating in bathroom), the reception girls were open and friendly. Breakfest is smorgasbord, with diiferent choice of snack ( may not so much as in 5stars hotels:) We have a little problem with electronic key ( it didnt work, when we came back from night walk), and also we awaited for our omlet at the breakfast too much time:( |

The hotel is very close to metro station Vladimireostrovskaya. Also a lot of busses are located at the metro station. Quiet area. |

Отель находится в старинном здании, где есть камин 18 века.Современные удобства гармонично вписаны в это пространство. Поблизости находится метро и множество кафе,закусочных и магазинов. Окна выходят на небольшую улицу, достаточно тихо, но вид оставляет желать лучшего. У нас получился ранний заезд, но на ресепшен нам не предложили приемлемого варианта решения этого вопроса и, оставив в отеле чемоданы, мы совершили вынужденную прогулку по городу |

quartier calme et tranquille, proximité du métro - hotel de bon standing, mais qui correspond plutôt à un 3 étoiles en France comme dans beaucoup d'établissements de St Petersburg, mis à part à la réception de l'hôtel, personne ne s'exprime en anglais et également, comme nous avons eu le constater par ailleurs, le sourire fait cruellement défaut aux russes en général, et bien entendu aussi au personnel de l'hôtel Marco Polo |

El ambiente del hotel, tanto en las habitaciones como en el restaurant y el bar El minúsculo ascensor, que se tiene que tomar en el segundo piso y que se detiene en los entrepisos obligando a subir sus lindas pero largas escaleras que se hacen sentir con el peso de las maletas o luego de un día de caminata. |

Останавливались в номере класса "Бизнес", впечатления остались положительные: очень уютный и чистенький отель. Номер просторный и тихий. Приятное обслуживание. Из мелких замечаний: немного шумный кондиционер в номере, мало телевизионных каналов. |

Удобное расположение, приятная классическая музыка, играющая на входе, приветливый персонал. Уютный. Обратить внимание на "поющие" водопроводные трубы. Плохая звукоизоляция в номерах. Завтрак не отвечает "звездности". Очень неудобный лифт, а также вход в гостиницу (крутые ступеньки). |

Очень приятный и тихий отель на спокойной улице, довольно близко от метро. Приветливый персонал. Очень хорошие завтраки. Единственный недостаток - неудобно пользоваться лифтом. Чтобы сесть в лифт нужно подниматься полтора этажа по лестнице. |

Da atmosfera do hotel, do servico prestado (ex: reserva bilhetes de comboio), internet wireless gratuita muito boa Melhorar isolamento acustico dos quartos. Melhorar os espaços de não fumadores, nomeadamente o bar, que se torna irrespiravel |

отель находится в историческом центре города, основные достопримечательности находятся в пределах одной-двух станций метро. Неплохо было бы усовершенствовать систему отчетности по пользованию услугами (возникали вопросы по оплате услуг, которыми мы не пользовались). некоторые комнаты нуждаются в мелком быытовом ремонте - розетки кое-где плохо держатся, как и колесики на прикроватных тумбочках. |

hall piccolissima, ristorante sempre occupato da rinfreschi privati, mancanza di ascensore (una specie di ascensore in realtà c'è, ma in pratica non è utilizzabile a causa della conformazione del palazzo in cui è ospitato l'albergo) |
