Su ubicación y la limpieza exquisita Pues que la piscina, saunas y Spa estaba en obras y solo si reservabas a través del hotel te hacían constar esa circunstancia: se lo pusimos de manifiesto al director pero como reservamos por booking no nos dio la razón ya que como digo solo reservando directamente con ellos te hacían referencia a dichas obras así que me sentí un poco decepcionada de la medida tomada por la cadena ya que yo esperaba terminar nuestras jornadas de visita a la ciudad con un baño en la piscina y sauna y debido a que viajaba con nosotros mi hijo pequeño también reservamos el hotel por la piscina y al final no hemos podido disfrutar de ella teniendo el hotel la categoría y el precio que tiene me sentí un poco defraudada así que no volveré a reservar en esta cadena

Βρησκετε σε πολυ κεντρικο σημειο και για μενα που ταξιδευα μονη μου ηταν πολυ βολικο γιατι ημουν 5 λεπτα με τα ποδια απο την κοκκινη πλατεια και γενικα απο τα πιο κεντρικα σημεια!!Πολυ καθαρο!!!και με πολλες παροχες!!! Δεν μου αρεσε που δεν ειχε free wi-fi μεσα στα δωματια.Ηταν υπερβολικα ακριβω το φαγητο η' ο καφες στο Lobby....υπερβολικα ομως!!!!Και γενικα το φαγητο του και τα ποτα στο δωματιο ηταν υπερβολικα ακριβα.....17 ευρω τα 750 ml του νερου!!!!

великолепный, клиентоориентированный персонал, готовый решить любую возникшую проблему, или выполнить ваши пожелания. отличное обслуживание в ресторане и в номере, в сочетании с прекрасной кухней. несмотря на достаточно ограниченное меню, все бдюда приготовлены отменно и с душой. мы праздновали с семьей новый год, и все остались очень довольны. этот отель очент нравиться моей семье и это определило наш выбор. хотя мы давно живем в центре москвы, но на этот раз решили специально заказать номер и столик в ресторане именно этого отеля. и не ошиблись.... к сожалению, в дни новогодних праздников были недоступны услуги spa - центра и бассейна.

ik ben wel wat wat gewend maar dit hotel sloeg echt alles men had een restaurant de biefstuk was omstreeks de 80 euro. voor een glas wijn die gewoon was vroeg men 20 euro. het was er dus ook akelig stil. dit over komt mij geen tweede keer meer. ik ben over de hele wereld geweest maar deze ervaring in dit hotel moet een waarschuwing zijn voor anderen.
