Close to subway, grocery store, 24h ATM, quiet rooms, laundry service, big rooms.

While not strictly a dis-like, the breakfast was kind of weak. I just ate more of it to make up the difference though (I'm NOT a picky eater - It's fuel for the body rather than taste for the palate) and for this reason I think the price should be lowered by at least $10 a day.

Close to the city centre. Close to the shop "Universam" with various fresh juices :-). Excellent help with taxi order.

At the arrival it's really hard to find the location of the hostel even if you staying in front of it :-).

Before starting this review, I'd like to state I have never left a review on here that isn't largely positive. I'm not someone who expects unreasonably high standards which are disproportionate to spending and we have travelled to many cities, successfully using booking.com. We paid the equivalent of £60 per night, which is a lot for a B&B and hotels with better facilities on the fringe of the Moscow can be found for the same or less. The B&B is tatty (though is kept impeccably clean), the breakfast is a couple of loaves of bread, some yogurts and muesli left in the kitchen to help yourself (my feeling was breakfast provided is not comparable with other places stating this on booking.com - it should at least have been described as continental breakfast). The manager/caretaker initially refused to take cards for payment, saying cash only (despite advertising on booking.com that cards can be taken) until I asked booking.com to intervene (booking.com were highly efiicient in helping me). When I said we wished to move hotel, we were told that the whole stay would be charged (this was not stated in any cancellation policy) and we were forced to stay. This place would be fine if you were paying less and know exactly what you're getting!

Good communications prior to arrival with detailed but essential directions to find the place. In excellent location, 10 mins walk from Red Square. I don't know why other people complained about the noise - it was very quiet and peaceful. Friendly staff and convenient self-help kitchen with adequate breakfast provided. Large comfortable room. I would definitely chose to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Could do with a sign on the door - without the emailed directions I would never have found it!

It's proximity to city/good neighborhood and delightful bistro around the corner.

Owner didn't stay on sight, so there was no one to help some of the time. There is no phone available, except for the owner's cell phone, which he attempted to help us with. We could not get in touch with our guide, which made the visit far more difficult. The shower faucet was coming out of the wall, and we could not open our door with out significant force.

Good location. Good value for money. Good communication from Ruslan prior to arriving with great directions - would have been impossible to find otherwise. He was there waiting as stated to let me in. Other reviews have stated the shared bathroom to be a problem but I never had to wait ore than 10mins for a shower and the toilet is separate so no problem there.

No road noise but noise from all the other rooms - no sound proofing and other people up till 1am so not overly conducive to sleep. 2 of the rooms have an interlinking door which is locked with furniture infront but you can hear everything. Breakfast basic but available at whatever time you want. No sitting room as suggested by the photos.

We loved the location, and felt very safe. It was also very clean. Ruslan was also very helpful. If we ever get back to Moscow we will definitely stay here again and we will also recommend it to everyone.

It was reasonably accessible to things I wanted to see in Moscow. It is really a "hostel", with some items set out for breakfast, rather than what most would consider a "bed and breakfast".

The information given by booking.com said they accepted several credit cards. They did not. They insisted on cash up front.

отель конечно нельзя отнести к категории Bed&Breakfast - это типичный, не очень хорошо организованный Hostel, т.е. цена конечно должна быть в два раза ниже, чем предлагается. очень странный персонал в отеле - приходили среди ночи и шумели на кухне - разбудили тех кто уже заснул, если коротко характеризовать - хамоватый и невоспитанный, резкий с клиентами персонал. будте готовы, что ночью будет шум с улицы (изоляции нет), двери будут сильно скрипеть (не смазаны), ванная уже нуждается в ремонте, обязательно прихватите с собой тапки, можете также мыло или гель для душа, завтрак - дешевый растворимый кофе, йогурты, хлеб и масло. если бы это стоило 20-30$ за день, то было бы соблюдено соотношение цена-качество. всем удачи с этим отелем:)

Очень удобное месторасположение в плане транспортной развязки и центра столицы. Останавливалась в улучшенном номере, все достойно! Если в номер не заезжают возможно выехать позже установленного времени (12-00). Утром можно позавтракать (мюсли, молоко,хлеб, масло, чай, кофе). Все мило и по домашнему.

Интерьер и его состояние. Ни кто не потрудился переделать квартиру в миниотель, а просто сдаются три комнаты с общими удобствами. Всё требуют ремонта.

Очень хорошее расположение,рядом с основными достопримечательностями

This is cozy place located in the center. It's not far from metro and Pushkin Square. Free breakfast in the morning is self-served and it's quite good. Wi-fi is working very well. Staff allowed us to have late check-out due to late check-in. Would stay there again.

удобное месторасположение.

в комнате было холодно, но в шкафу заботливо было сложено дополнительное одеяло. старая мебель. плохая шумоизоляция. плита на кухне не работает. администратор не находится в хостеле 24 часа, поэтому будеть готовы к тому,что найти и связаться с ним/ней будет сложно, хотя бы потому, что администратор все время опаздывает и не приходит, даже если вы договорились о встрече.

Расположение превосходное. Есть действительно подобие завтрака - хлеб с маслом, йогурт и мюсли с молоком.

Все остальное - ужасно. В комнате было безумно холодно, что аж спать пришлось в толстовке! Ремонт в этой комнате делали лет 20 назад, дверь в комнату открывалась с трудом. Конечно стоимость низкая, но мне доводилось останавливаться в более приличных условиях за меньшие деньги. Завтрак - одно название. Мюсли, как оказалось варить нужно, иначе не съедобно. Ванная - тихий ужас. Грязно и плитка отваливается. Если есть возможность, то добавте триста рублей на другое место

Удобное расположение в тихом месте в центре города. Чисто, опрятно.

Скрипучая дверь в комнату. Прекрасная слышимость соседей через стенку и из коридора.

Без претензий - все достаточно скромно, но и не плохо. Все необходимое, для того чтобы почувствовать небольшой домашний уют, имеется.

Очень небольшой уютный мини-отель в центре города, соотношение цена-качество соответствует.Есть все необходимое для проведения нескольких дней в Москве.
