Propreté de l'hôtel , chambre suite junior grande avec une télé dans la chambre, une télé dans le salon, une salle de bain avec grande baignoire et douche et wc + 2ème wc séparé vers l'entrée. Décor vieillot mais ça reste propre Situé à 100m d'un centre commercial avec quelques petits restaurants et à quelques minutes à pied de la rame de métro pour aller en centre ville

Trop chaud dans la chambre et thermostat cassé donc fenêtre entrouverte pour dormir . Navette gratuite mais elle ne commence pas à 6h mais à 9heures donc j'ai été obligé de commander un taxi pour aller à l'aeroport domododevo ( vol à 9h donc je devais être présent à 7h pour l'enregistrement ). 1600 rb le trajet

Proche aéroport Domodedovo. Hall plutôt luxueux. Rapide check-in, check-out. Très grand lit même en chambre standard.

Staff is very slow and inflexible, it takes 20 min to put a correct address on the bill by 3 persons. Breakfast is horrible and way too expensive.

Convince

the Metro station not too far, close to the airport. An acceptable 4 stars business hotel.

I liked the location and that it was near the metro stop Domodedovskaya station. I liked the staff and the room service as well.

I didn't like the internet. It was slow and very unstable. There were times when it worked great... For 3-5 minutes. That would have to be improved because it is hard to do any type of business with such a poor connection, so I found myself going elsewhere to send emails. Also, the spa tub didn't work well either. I tried to use it once and it worked, but then it would not shut off. The next day, it wouldn't even turn on. I had tried and tried to get it to work but had many problems. I had called down TWO times to the reception and both times they said that they would inspect it, however, this never happened. I hate saying that someone should be compensated for something like this, but that is how I feel. I stayed here because of the internet and paid more for a spa bath, but was only let down to find that neither of these worked at all/well.

Very, very strange and unpleasant chemical smell in all rooms i've been to. Me and my collegues stayed on the 20th floor. And the same smell in 5 different rooms.

Very nice and comfortable rooms, very silent. Good breakfast. If you use a subway, the hotel has a nice location.

Too much expensive restaurants with a fair meal. No fitness. Reception stuff is not much pleased. No light music in a lobby bar, you should always call for a waiter in case you need smth, the never come to ask.

Good location for visitors from Domodedovo airport. A lot of shops and trade centers around the hotel, so you can have breakfast for smaller money (25€ for breakfast in the hotel) Nice place for meeting with moscow parters in official and nonofficial places (beer bar is in the hotel)

In the room was not possible to conect wi-fi, but downstairs -yes.

After a long trip from Irkutsk and staying in really budget accommodation there, the Milan was a warm and welcome luxurious home. The staff all spoke English, were extremely helpful and responsive and the rooms were clean and in good condition. The breakfast was tremendous too.

We did not know that there was a shuttle service from the airport and had no way of contacting the hotel when we first arrived so landed up using the metro and lugging heavy luggage through deep snow for 500m ... not fun. It would have been great if the hotel could have offered to meet us at the airport as part of their free service. The location of the hotel is around 40minutes from the centre which is fine if you are the adventurous type but I am sure it is a hassle for families with young kids and people with limited knowledge of the city.

I loved the service. Everyone was well spoken in both English and Russian. I also liked their transparency in terms of the bill. There were no hidden charges. The rooms were pleasant and the hotel was more than luxurious. In addition the free shuttle bus to Domodedovo Airport was a wonderful surprise at the end of the trip.

The hotel was quite far from the centre, and about 600m from the nearest Metro. But the good rates more than made up for the slog through the snow.

Quality of the room, service of staff, general quality of the hotel, restaurants. We had a small accident and had to call an ambulance, the hotel staff handled the situation extremely professionally and cordially. And in general it is a wonderful hotel.

Breakfast price was high. We booked one large bed on booking.com but ended up with two small beds and were told the request from the website is not necessarily fulfilled

Interestaing Location if your Airport Is Domedoevo

A bit isolated..although Metro is walking distance 10-15m

Great location, if you need a fast access to the Domodedovo airport. Not suitable for sightseeing in city center as the location is quite far away from main spots Frequent airport shuttle is a plus.

Interiors, architecture.

Really bad location: safe but really remote. Far from anything important. Do not go by car to your downtown meetings, the avenue is heavily jammed in the morning. Metro station is some 10 min walk away, and downtown is some 30 min away.

Nice big room, bath, very comfortable bed, choice of pillows (!), wifi , room service - great food! Supermarket is across the street + Starbucks :)
