New and well renovated with designer touch (not completely finished yet), staff is very friendly and willing to help. The hotel located on the upper floor of a residential building surrounded by closed fence with no access for guests (one needs a key). There are no signs about the hotel. It can be very hard to find it if nobody meets and leads to you it and not convenient if one has to pick you up, especially in winter. No reception - if one needs something, one has to call but there no local phone available for this, so I would doubt recommending it for foreigners.
