Poor services and staff not helpful at all and not polite at all!!!! Terrible small room with disgusting beds!!!! Too hot in the room, too small toilet and in general it is not worth for the money paid for it!!!!

Хороший отель, по цене сопоставимый с хостелами (переделанными бывшими коммунальными квартирами), по сервису намного превосходящий: уборка, полотенца, кондиционер. Хороший горячий завтрак - каша, оладьи и тд. если бы был холодильник в номере, было бы совсем хорошо

персонал улыбается, администраторы немедля помогли решить наши проблемы и любезно предоставили нам всю необходимую информацию про отель и город! в баре-клубе отличная кухня и высокий уровень обслуживания (прекрасный пример не только московским ресторанам!!!) ночью зажигателная музыка! отель примыкает к торговому центру электротоваров, так что если есть желание купить себе новый компьютер или pocketbook... до метро небольшая прогулка 5-7мин. из кафе у лукоморья мы убежали сразу после посещения очень недовольой официантки (вед своим приходом мы прервали ее беседу по сот.телефону!) прекрасный пример того, как ненадо работать.

Calme L' obligation de payer le séjour d' avance! Je suis parti 2 jours avant la date de départ initialement prévue! L' hotel devait me rembourser 2 nuits du 24 au 25 et du 25 au 26 juillet, il me l' avait promis le jour du départ ils ne l' ont pas fait ! ce n' est pas sérieux

завтрак действительно был, как и бесплатный интернет, также в номере имелся работающий кондиционер. окраина москвы, вид из номера на парковку радиорынка - шумно, номер приличный, но не без изъянов (потёртая жизнью мебель и растрескавшиеся стены). заказывал номер на двоих с одной кроватью, но, видимо, таковых у них нет - дали две кровати и всего один ключ на двоих. завтрак довольно скудным показался, впрочем, в гостиничном ресторане можно неплохо пообедать- поужинать в другое время.

недалеко от метро возможность посуточной оплаты в номерах нет ничего, чтобы можно было попить чай или кофе в коридоре стоял кулер, но стаканчиков никогда не было, чтобы выпить воды на 5 этаже очень мешает музыка, которая играет в клубе-ресторане на 4 этаже

it was close to the Expo Fair center, just a statoin away and for the City I guess the price was OK... first time where I have been hear, but what I heart was the Hotel OK and good comper to other Hotels. They have a bar on the 4 floor and I could hear over the weekend the musik to the 6 floor. Not to lout but I could hear it...

Бар Бага для ужина неплохое место, близость азбуки вкуса и 7 континента, такси при отеле - не нужно вызывать и волноваться приедет-не приедет, очень близко к крокус-экспо, 5 минут и на месте Очень грязные номера, приклеенные старые, черные жвачки к ковролину, кучи пыли и мусора под кроватями, при заезде не был убран мусор из корзины, оставшийся от предыдущих постояльцев, неудобные матрасы и подушки, отсутствие холодильников в стандартных номерах, скудный завтрак, (спасибо, что поставили кофе-машину, в предыдущий свой визит товарищи-иностранцы жаловались на отвратительный кофе)
