They "upgraded" us to a larger room, which was nice, and my bed was very comfortable. The shuttle driver was very nice. 1. I did not feel it was clear that the shuttle service to the airport was not free. It seemed from the way it was presented that this was a service that was offered as part of the booking. 2. The location listed on the booking sheet caused the taxi driver a lot of trouble. He asked for directions multiple times, and finally ended up calling the hotel. 3. The main clerk who checked us in was nice, but the younger man who worked at the counter and in the "restaurant" was not pleasant at all. There was no mention prior that the restaurant was cash only. As it was our last day in Russia we were short on cash and had to scrape together enough to eat. When we asked for butter with our bread we were told "only with breakfast".
