We stayed in one-bedroom appartment. There were two separated rooms: bedroom with a double bed and living room with convertible sofa and the separate kitchen. So it is comfortable for 4 adults. The kitchen is good equiped. Big fridge. Washing mashine.It's a real flat, not an appartment hotel. Very close to metro station. Parking in the yard is free (but unguarded). no dishwasher, the closest supermarket is in about 1 km and it is very expensive, turistic town-center is not in a walking distance (though can be easily reached by metro/car). It's impossible to pay by credit card at the week-end (you can only do it in their office mon-fri) |

The room is enough space for family (4 person). Less of information about the procedure to hand over the key when leaving the apartment (take a long time for waiting the room boy/girl for hand over the key). Less information about tour operator brochure, city map and info about the closest metro station or bus station. No internet facility - the telephone was not working. |

Excellent place to stay for one day or few weeks. The newly refurbished apartment cannot be better located minutes away from the center and Old Arbat. Private kitchen! Olga is a perfect host. Go there. |

I am satisfied with the service level and housing facilities. Everything was perfect. The apartment I lived in is located close to metro and right in the city center. The apartment was of modern style, which makes it much more exciting than living in other hotel. The apartment has washing machine, oven, microware. You can cook by yourself. |

There was no one to clean the apartment. Bath shower was not worknig and there was no lights working in corridor and one room. No one responded even after complaining |

First of all "Moskow Apartments" is not a hotel but is a big palace with many apartments inside. My apartment was very sad, not so clean, 20 minutes far from the Kiyeskiy underground station. There are no shop inside, the transfer is provide from the airport to the apartment only, the internet wireless is not available. …probably the mentioned hotel exist, somewhere. |

Mycket bra läge nära fler tunnelbanestationer.Stor och rumlig lägenhet, dock ganska ofräsch. En stor potential finns, men lägenheten behöver ordentlig renovering. Lägenheten är ofräsch; kreditkort accepteras inte, vilket blir mycket besvärligt, särskilt när man ska betala i förskott. Dålig tillgång till internet; extra påslag för nödvändiga tjänster; t.ex. man tvingas uppsöka huvudkontor och betala extra för att få sig registrerad och avregistrerad (krävs vid längre vistelser i Moskva och utförs gratis på "vanliga" hotell). Vid uppkomst till hotellet uppstod en del förvirring och vi tvingades gå en bra bit med resväskor för att träffa medarbetaren som skulle överlämna nyckeln (vilket också kan vara mycket besvärligt för en utländsk gäst som inte kan ryska). |

Очень удобные комнаты, всё очень чисто, предусмотрено всё и цена нормальная. Кухня очень удобная, можно готовить, для этого есть все условия. Одним словом я бы остановилась там в следующий раз и порекомендовала бы своим друзьям. Спасибо Включение телевизора было наворочено, одним пультом надо было включать, другим менять каналы. С первого дня все перепутали и не смогли включить ТВ и было очень жаль, так как хотелось бы посмотреть русскую программу. |

goede ligging ten opzichte van metro's en de stad in rustige, een beetje sjieke woonwijk. de hal van het complex doet verwaarloosd aan (typisch oost-europeesch) -daar wen je aan. Het was ons onbekend dat in de zomer delen van de stad verstoken zijn van warm water, wij waren aan de beurt, onderhandeling met de eigenaar = korting. Kontant afrekenen! |
