The location was excellent. Fast free internet, Club lounge was ok. Breakfast was great. O2 lounge is top class. Service compare average russian service was great. Be very careful with your bill. You can face many unused services. They charged taxi which I didnt used. The breakfast where it was included in my package.

всё отлично. слышат каждое слово. встретили в аэропорте. комната переговоров предоставляется без оплаты на 1 час. нет посторонних людей не проживающих в отеле. дорогой трансфер в аэропорт и обратно 5900 рубл в одну сторону. ресепшн на 11 этаже находится в зоне приема пищи.

Был в отеле в деловой поездке 2 дня. Шикарный отель с высоким уровнем сервиса. Отличный комфортный номер: на порядок лучше и качественнее, чем в Marriot Grand или Аврора. Пожалуй, лучший в Москве. Персонал достойный, ненавязчив, профессионален, все понравилось, консьерж быстро выполнит любую просьбу. Читал отзывы, что никто не улыбается - не правда!! Все очень приветливы! Быстрый WiFi на несколько устройств. Не совсем понравился бар O2 на верхнем этаже (но сейчас зима, летом вероятно с террасы красивый вид). Завтрак отличный! Бесплатная чистка обуви (оставляешь у двери вечером и получаешь готовую в 7 утра). 100% соответствует цене-качество.

Все была на высоком уровне - практически безупречно. Удивило наличие в отеле такого уровне пьяных студентов спящих в бассейне утром с пустой тарой вокруг. Стоимость СПА услуг весьма завышена.

в букинге было указано что номер с видом на кремль и собор василия блаженного в действительности оказалось что не так и менеджер нам сказал что букинг ошибся и такой номер они предоставить не могут

Месторасположение, отличная кровать (особо широкая) - прекрасный сон. Неприветливый персонал. Никто никогда не здоровается и не улыбается! Мало красивых лиц, все злые, озабоченные и уставшие. Сработала какая-то сигнализация - без всяких "пожалуйста", "извините", "пройдите" - наглое и хамское "вон туда идите!" Иду "туда", а там - "нет, идите обратно". После уборки номера все время не находил чашки, стаканы. Уносили и забывали вернуть обратно. В лобби и ресторанах обслуживание отвратительное. Если ты не Жерар Депардье, который сидел, кстати, за соседним столиком :) - отношение к тебе наплевательское! Интерьер - дорого, богато. Но, все портят покрашенные под мрамор колонны :)) Колхоз. Да и цены кое-где неоправданно завышены. Наценка в 25 раз - это ту мач. В спортзале могут, разговаривая по телефону, швырнуть ключи - наблюдал пару раз за этим. Одним словом, не самый лучший и не самый крутой отель в Москве. Поэтому, делать мне там больше нечего.

Após a reserva, troquei algumas mensagens com o hotel que me garantiram transfer seguro do aeroporto e um tour pela cidade. O Ritz impressiona pela beleza arquitetônica. é suntuoso! Nosso apartamento ficava no andar do Club Level. Magnífico em todos os sentidos, com um vista espetacular da Praça Vermelha. Nossa diária nos deu direito a cinco refeições diárias:café da manhã, almoço e jantar lights, chá da tarde e sobremesas noturnas. Open bar completo. O serviço é atencioso, delicado e eficiente. A limpeza é impecável. Estar em Moscou hospedado no Ritz foi uma experiência gratificante e inesquecível. Recomendamos vivamente!

Да только номер, который на 2 дня обошелся дороже двух недель в 5* в Турции Все безумно дорого: завтрак 1700 р. Про обед даже интересоваться не стала, тем более ужин. Парковка для проживающих платная и в сутки около 100$. В нищей России цены круче богатейших Дубаев, но сервис и ощущение потертости за такие деньги - это слишком большая наглость
