very good location for business travellers with early departure from Sheremetevo airport

terrible climate in the room. The temperature in the room was approx 25 degr C, it was impossible to open a window, airco did not cool down the the room tempreature. One of the worst hotel experiences during the last years.

convenient location. If your flight is next morning you can stay there to catch your flight with no hassle

compared to other Novotel hotels, that I stayed at previously around Europe, this one really looks like a budget hotel with just a minimum of everything to qualify for the amount of stars. Minimum of furniture, naked white walls, empty corridors, queues at reception (both in the morning and the evening), not really friendly atmosphere. For this price you also expect breakfasts to be included into the room price.

Reception is not acceptable level (not enough staffs, slow processing). Food level is so so but expensive. As many guests are reporting, advantage of this hotel is only the location but nothing others.

Location, next to the airport.

They said they had shuttle to the hotel each 30 minutes from 10 p.m. till 6 a.m. However, although I was at the shuttle waiting stop at 1.00 am, no shuttle was waiting there. After 20 minutes I needed to call them if they will send a shuttle or not. I think they sent the shuttle when I called them. Also they gave me a room and in the room there was another person when I opened the door. They had to change my room and they were totally unaware who was in my room.

Everything was good

Hotel bus every 30 min - not enough - very stupid to wait 30 min bus ( especially at night when its -30c) if hotel located in 5 min of walk. Better put more signs how to find it!

I was pleased to discover a Novotel hotel in Moscow in particular at the aiport area , the hotel chain I like and known to me as a nice , reliable, safe, secure place to stay on my own on business. Thanks for shuttle bus service too.

The only thing that was pleasant to me in this hotel its this nearest site to the airport.

I very much didn't like service at hotel restaurant, not the smiling rude personnel, long service and a price doesn't correspond to quality of meal.

Really comfortable hotel with excellent design room, good swimming pool and tasty Europe breakfast!

Convenience

Beautifull lobby, room was very clean, warm and cousy

Was very disappointet, why there is diner buffet only for airline crew and delay passengers only? Was visiting lot of countries and first time facing this issue. Normaly priority always have a hotel guests.

They never woke me up I lost my flight

The concerns voiced among colleagues and over the web about over-long check tin process or wait times did not occur. Check in was quick and efficient.

Though they all worm their grey uniforms, the staffs, attired appeared ill-fitting, creased and generally untidy.
