Surprised I even write this about an airport hotel. It's a basic rooms products, ok, nothing more nothing less. But I was highly surzprised with my three encounters with employees, they were truely friendly and pleasing - and that is such a hotel is worth a great well done! ;) keep up that spirit

Everything was good Hotel bus every 30 min - not enough - very stupid to wait 30 min bus ( especially at night when its -30c) if hotel located in 5 min of walk. Better put more signs how to find it!

low level of service with cheap employers asians), poor work of reception in resolving conflicts so we had to speak with manager, that didnt solve the problem, the rooms didnt meet expectations or value of money.

Breakfast included in the rate. Internet included in the rate. Price is high. Complexity to get to the airport, given that it is so close. The airline departure screen in the lobby was not updated with all flights. The swimming pool hours were too narrow.

The only thing that was pleasant to me in this hotel its this nearest site to the airport. I very much didn't like service at hotel restaurant, not the smiling rude personnel, long service and a price doesn't correspond to quality of meal.

Beautifull lobby, room was very clean, warm and cousy Was very disappointet, why there is diner buffet only for airline crew and delay passengers only? Was visiting lot of countries and first time facing this issue. Normaly priority always have a hotel guests.

The hotel is close to the airport and you can get into Moscow on the express train .. for me it worked for the early flight out and the late arrival.

Location, next to the airport. They said they had shuttle to the hotel each 30 minutes from 10 p.m. till 6 a.m. However, although I was at the shuttle waiting stop at 1.00 am, no shuttle was waiting there. After 20 minutes I needed to call them if they will send a shuttle or not. I think they sent the shuttle when I called them. Also they gave me a room and in the room there was another person when I opened the door. They had to change my room and they were totally unaware who was in my room.

I was only on transit in Moscow for one night. The hotel have Shuttle bus to airport, the food is ok. I just relax in my room till time to back to the airport,but good rest. The shuttle bus area must be organized for arrive order. People how's traveling alone with bags, have to "fight" for a place in the shuttle bus.

The hotel is located near Sheremetyevo Airport, and the shuttle which runs between the airport and the hotel was very important to me. The hotel is also located within walking distance of a train station takes you to a metro station for going to the center of the city. I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to my friends. The only criticism I have was that the breakfast cost $30.00 US, which I believe is too much. Breakfast at similar hotels in Washington, D.C., are complementary. This is a small complaint, and would not stop me from staying at the hotel in the future.

Yet again when I checked out at 0315 am I was not able to pay for my meal because their computer was down and yet again I was promised faithfully that they would email my reciept and yet again they lied. I have not received my reciept.
